I first heard about Prohibition Vapes through the recent Vape Expo at the NEC earlier this year, I was interested in their Flavair brand so I ordered a bottle of Pineapple Peng through their website.
Confirmation email received, all good. On the 5th November I received an email from one of their customer service reps kindly informing me that they had unfortunately ran out of stock and would I like a replacement juice or a refund? I accepted their reason and I responded asking if they are likely to have the product back in stock any time soon, to save the hassle of issuing a refund.

A day passes and I had not yet received a response, so I called up the office asking to speak to the rep I was in contact with. Got through no problem, she was very polite and apologetic, explaining that she was still trying to find out if they have stock at another one of their stores. No problem, at least she was trying.

The next day I received an email from her with the bad news that their other store did not have stock either, so she recommended another brand to me to replace the order which I happily accepted.
Received the juice the next day and it was fantastic, fell in love with it.

This experience was perfectly reasonable and I was happy with the service, albeit there was a small lacking in communication.

On the 28th November I attempted to order the same replacement juice via their website only to find out they were out of stock. So I pinged the rep an email asking when they are likely to have this item back in stock as I really enjoyed the juice and I had just finished the bottle.

On the 3rd December I sent another email asking for an update as I had not received any response.

Today the 4th December I rang up the office at 16:38 to speak to the rep as I still had not received any response, I was told that she was currently in a meeting and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I explained the situation and that all I wanted to know is 'Are you likely to have this juice back in stock any time soon?', the rep took my details and informed me that someone would ring me back before 18:00 with an answer.

The time is now 18:20 (They closed at 18:00) and I have still not received any response! I feel like I am wasting my time and as a first-time customer this is a really poor experience. There is just no communication.

I've just received an email from the rep I'm in contact with, the reason for the lack of communication is because they are in the process of moving premises. They're getting the juice in tonight and I can order first thing in the morning over the phone as they'll have put a bottle aside for me.

Now that I know this information I can accept the late responses.
Changed from 2 stars to 4 for the legitimate reasons for the lack of communication (If only they told me this from the start).

Great service, great flavours. Been buying from these guys for a few years now and they never let me down. If there's ever been an issue they have always compensated. Top service!
