Project Three Reviews 

I don't know if these guys are still in business, but crooks in my opinion. Took in my Mercedes S class in with suspension malfunction, they were 'diagnosing' it for a week! Found it is rear level sensor (cheap part). It gets worse, they said their card reader as down and needed bank transfer, after some time arguing this is BS and they can do over the internet, it was winter and I needed car back immediately so reluctantly paid the extortionate amount 400+. It failed and I took to Mercedes specialist, they had not attached the sensor properly, also the Merc tech told me common problem and any Merc specialist could know immediately what to look for. So these guys are not specialist as they claim to be. I went over there to 'discuss' and the gates were locked with a notice from the landlord that the premises could not be entered, found out they were behind on the rent.

Really bad service. Paid over £300 for greasing my wheels and wheel balance. 1 hour diagnostic and 2 hours labour. 1 week later, brakes are still sqeeking and now getting a grinding noise as the back plate was to close to the disk. So they made the problem worse. They even lost my centre wheel cap, which where not cheap. No call back when promised so was chasing and chasing. Talking to my bank about the money paid as all they did was balance the wheels. Steer clear. There diagnostic was taking my car for a joy ride for 20 mins and telling me its needs greasing.
