Service was excellent, ordered Optima DS316L projector on the Tuesday and it arrived early the next morning. Only one issue, projector did not come with a male-to-male vga cable. I have purchased several Optima projectors (including the one above) from different suppliers and they have always till now, included the vga cable. Maybe Optima have changed this and no longer include the cable. If ProjectorPlanet could make the purchaser aware of this when they are ordering would be helpful. Luckily, the school where this projector was being fitted had a cable from their previous projector that they were able to use.

After much research I chose an Optoma Electric Projector Screen. Projectorplanet had an excellent price, it was in stock and they could deliver next day. Courier delivered at 8:30am the next day enabling the screen to be installed and in use a few hours later.

Only one issue, the moulded mains plug was european (2 pin) and not a UK (3 pin) plug. Slightly annoyed that the item was not described on their website as such but a small inconvenience having to purchase a seperate AC adaptor.

I was looking for a good spec HD projector for Home Cinema use and found a high spec Acer at projectorplanet that was the best price I could find on the internet. It arrived the next day and I'm now enjoying superb quality HD movies - the product and the service from projectorplanet are both excellent and highly recommended.

I originally ordered this product from a different company who were both unhelpful and incompetent. As a result I cancelled and ordered from projectorplanet. WOW! instant response, free delivery, competetive pricing and next day delivery. This is how it should always be. an example to the industry

Spoke to the sales team before placing the order on-line. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Ordering was easy on-line and delivery was quick and exactly as promised. There product line appears to offer very good value for money (VFM). I don't think you'll find much better for service and VFM. Excellent.

What more can one say, placed order at 3.30pm for a projector, by 10.30am the next day it was set up and being used.
One of the best prices on the net as well, I'll be using them again and have already recomended to several others as well.

A good mid range projector , the picture is perfect. The service was very good and I had it within two days of ordering.

I ordered on line, it was the cheapest by over £50 when I searched the internet.
It arrived on the date stated. Someone was in to collect it. It works fine.
They did exactly what they said they would.

Projectorplanet dug us out of a hole. Another supplier had let us down, and past 6pm with an internet order and a phone call, we arranged the order. 11:30 the next morning, the projector was in use in our boardroom.

I had a projector from this company earlier in the year. It was exactly what I wanted at the best price on the net and it arrived next day as promised with no delivery charge. The same holds true for my latest projector. I found a cheaper price on the Net. But Projector Planet was quick to match it. So naturally I bought from them again and was just as delighted as first time. I must add that my second projector was not a replacement for the first - rather an addition to it, for another room in the house. I would certainly buy from Projector Planet again and urge you to check them out last before parting with your hard-earned cash. What more's to be said?

UPDATE 11th September 2010.

Oh dear. Seems I spoke too soon. Ordered a projector screen from this company. The price was good and the screen arrived on time as promised. But it had a big bash on the front of the casing. I called the firm and was given two options:

1. Pay for another screen and get a new one sent out straight away. Then when the faulty screen arrived back with them they would issue a refund (that their bank would probably take ten days to process).

2. Wait for the faulty screen to be collected and returned after which I would get a new screen. They couldn't tell me whether the courier would call to collect the faulty screen the next day or on the following Monday and I couldn't wait in for two whole days.

As a result I decided to live with the fault and just make sure I would not buy another product from this company again. How true it is that you only really find out what a firm is like when you need to make a return. Any decent firm would have sent out a new screen for next day delivery and had the faulty one collected at the same time. But not this lot. They didn't trust me. So now I don't trust them.

Black marks Projector Planet. Must do better.

Within moments of ordering I got a text confirming order received, then information about a one hour delivery window and guess what that is when it arrived,it was the correct product really well wrapped.The product itself also appears excellent and very well priced.I have purchased many goods over the internet but so far this has been the most consistently pleasant experience.

Ordered a Projector from these guys a few months back. Spoke to customer services before placing the order as wasnt sure which model to go for. The rep I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and the projector is a hit when the mates come round to watch the footy.
