I have used Projectorpoint several times in the past and have always found their service excellent. This time I was much more uncertain about which projector would fulfil my rather exacting requirements - it was for use at our church. I therefore had many questions to ask and a lot of advice was required. In this respect I cannot rate Projectorpoint highly enough. At every stage they were extremely helpful and always got back to me within 24 hrs when I emailed them and without any pressure to make a purchase. In addition they have an excellent and extremely informative website full of helpful advice. The projector we finally bought appears to satisfy all our requirements. Anyone wanting projection equipment could not do better than with this company.

Great help and advice from Will on an electric screen for our community cinema. Reduced set up times compared to our colapsible screen from 20 minutes to 12 seconds. Wish we did this years ago.
Will kept us right on the overall sizes and was a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a fairly expensive Epson Projector from this website, which was competitively priced: prior to purchasing I communicated both by email and telephone and the response from Projector Point was prompt, respectful and non-pressured. I received unbiased guidance on the most appropriate projector - the sales person appeared very knowledgeable and allowed me time to consider whether I wished to purchase or not.
The purchase process was secure with prompt email confirmation and invoice.
I also received a follow-up courtesy call from Projector point to inform me my order was being processed and the date of arrival. This is reassuring given how expensive projectors can be.
The projector has been received and installed without problem.
I am fairly tech-savvy and have purchased a few electronic goods in the past, and I am extremely impressed with this company and their sales ethos.

I have nothing but praise for "Projectorpoint" when I ordered the projector I was telephoned almost immediately to ensure that what I had ordered would fulfil my needs. The projector was posted out the next day, which was a Saturday & was delivered on the following Monday. Well packaged and I also received a 5m HDMi cable at no extra cost.

The projector I wanted was showing as in stock but I knew another supplier couldn't get it. To avoid an online disappointment I rang Projector Point, spoke to someone extremely helpful who assured me that they did have one and arranged a payment link and free delivery the following day - all arrived as promised. I saved money compared to my originally planned supplier too! The website had previously been very helpful in planning and preparation too.

EPSON EH-LS12000B. I have recently replaced my Epson EH-TW4200, purchased from Projectorpoint, (genuine Epson bulb replaced a few months ago) with this projector. My wife and I haven't stopped smiling since and cannot believe the massive improvement. Everything is startlingly better. The depth of the blacks which contain enormous detail and retain full colour, tonal balance and textures are stunning, incredibly bright image, tremendous depth and definition/detail. There are so many details in the image that everything we watch holds our attention. Things that, in the past, may drag or seem boring are brought to life with so much information to savor. We listen to a lot of classical music and I liken what we watch now to when our 'system' is at it's best. When it is the music flows with dynamics, speed, texture, scale and depth making us want to listen longer. It brings music that tended to drag and not hold attention before to life renewing interest in it.
We are 'over the moon' with this projector and never dreamed it would make such a dramatic improvement.

ProjectorPoint provided excellent service when we were looking to replace the main projector in our church. They provided a very competitive quote together with answering a range of questions about the projector very quickly. Additionally, they arranged for us to trial our chosen unit, complete with the long-throw lens we needed, for a weekend for no charge which gave us sufficient confidence it would work in our particular situation to quickly proceed with the purchase. The whole process from initial enquiry through to purchase was completed without hassle and much quicker than we expected - and also cost less as well! We would certainly recommend Projector Point to others and would use them again in the future.

The best things I felt is that they have a good stock as the projector I wanted was out of stock at all major retailers in the country. ProjectorPoint is pretty famous across various forums for their distance calculators and other related calculators which is extremely helpful.
