Based on some unusual requirements I had already shortlisted my new projector when I spoke to Projectorpoint for advice. However they came up with a better choice than I had identified and within budget. The new projector is installed and performs just as described - great service.

Helpful advice, best price for my model, prompt and free next day delivery, no quibble return (and change to an upgrade). Can't fault them.

Only came across this company after struggling to get what I wanted from local suppliers, had a chat with William, Fantastic friendly service, ordered my projector, screen and 15m hdmi, and it arrived in less than 24hrs.
Definitely recommend them and will be my first option in future.

Had an idea but was completely lost in the sea of information available online. Gulam responded to my query quickly and made everything really clear. Really great to have a call response to my email and with some more information he was able to recommend a set up that was significantly cheaper than what I had initially thought. Gulam was genuinely interested in getting us the right set up at the right price.

This is my third projector purchase from Projectorpoint. For big technical purchases I prefer to buy from specialists rather than "box-shifters". PP website made comparison and calculations easy. A call answered my remaining questions. Agent really knew their stuff and no hard sell. Recommended upgrade from my current projector was... the one I had already selected. I got a little off the website price as I didn't need some of the accessories. Ordered in the late afternoon, arrived mid morning the next day. I am very happy with the service had and with my new projector.

Absolutely great service from start to finish! Was helped by Gulam and was very professional and answered any questions I had he Helped me understand which projector was best for me and where it’s needs to sit for optimal performance. Ordered straight away and free next day delivery!

This company is so refreshingly helpful and knowledgable. They knew exactly what we needed and what would work for our projector set up and bent over backwards to assist us at every stage. The supplier left out the remote to our screen and Gulam Khamboo went above and beyond to rectify this for us. The original phone call to make the order was so easy and straight forward and there is always someone on hand to help. The projector screen arrived and is absolutely perfect thanks to their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend.

Zaira is verry helpfull and consientious,. Phoned me after I had made an online purches to check that I understood lens throw/ screen size ect. Projectorpoint are working hard to provide a service, not just a distribution mob! The Epson TW9400 is as promised absolutely stunning.

I have just completed a purchase and must say I was blown away by the customer services. I received a call from Gulam Kamboo, sales accounts manager within 10 minutes of buying the projector. He talked through with me where I would be using the projector and recommended I buy a product with more lumars that was actually cheaper.

Fantastic service. I purchased a BenQ W2700 and a Sapphire motorised screen at a very competitive price. Items arrived as promised the following day. I did have an issue with the projector which I noticed a few days later. Very smooth returns process and I received a replacement within two days. Very easy company to deal with, very easy to contact by phone with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Outstanding service and knowledge from Zaira. I had a couple of questions about the projector and screen so called up. My questions were answered and useful examples were given to help me visualise the contrast ratio for the proposed location. Zaira, then went out of her way to produce a quotation and facilitated the whole process. Very impressed.

I having no knowledge of projectors, and called PP for advice. I was assisted by Zaira via several calls, who was extremely helpful on both the technical and budgetary side of what i wanted, and was provided with several options. There was no pressure and only after I was satisfied with the choice, this lead to finalizing and placing order. Great service and product options from PP, and a credit to Zaira for her professional and patience manner.

Ordered a new projector on Friday 13th... and everything went right! Zaira and Annika were both very helpful through the purchase process. Projector arrived the following day, even though it was scheduled for the following Monday! I had a slight issue registering the extended warranty. One phone call to Zaira and within the hour I had an email back from her as she'd registered the warranty directly with the manufacturer and sent me a copy. Definitely above and beyond customer service!! Very well done and thank you!

Excellent advice and support from people who know what they're talking about. Felt very much assisted but not forced in any way. Ended up with a much better projector than I would have managed to get by myself!

Called to say out of stock and would I like a refund, got me the item pretty quickly and arrived well packaged. All good
