It's completely legit for anyone who is questioning these kinds of side hustles. Unlike companies like Freecash.com, there is no convolusion or hidden agendas, everything is straight-forward and honest. Don't expect to make a full-time living, but I personally make about $50 a week extra for maybe a few hours of work total. The work is generally straightforward, and even if you personally find it isn't, there is a process whereby you can return the survey or cancel your participation without it affecting your approval rating. Would have given them 5 stars, my only complaint is that I keep missing out on these really awesome, high-paying studies. Everything is on a first-come, first-served basis, so you either need to have your face glued to the computer screen all day waiting or just stick to the low-paying surveys. Mind you, I still get the occasional $7-$14 survey, but it would be nice to land one of those $80 -$100 surveys that I see every so often. Perhaps if for surveys over $50, it worked on some kind of a rotation system? Anyways, I digress. These guys are great. If you are looking for a reliable and legit side hustle for a little extra money in the bank, you've found the right place. Disclaimer: I understand that some people complain about long wait times to be approved. I did not experience this, but it all has to do with your demographics.

I have been keeping my Prolific dashboard open consistently for the past two months, yet I haven't received a single study. I have a fully completed and strong profile, so this prolonged silence is incredibly frustrating. While I understand that study distribution is based on researcher demographics, going two entire months without any work seems like a significant flaw in the algorithm or an unnotified issue with my account. It's highly disappointing for dedicated users who are genuinely ready to contribute
