Good Service both ways.

Satified with the service. Ordering was simple, shipping was good and on time. Bulb didn't fit in the antique fixture. Returned the bulb are received credit. Did have to pay shipping both ways; but could be the price you pay.

Great response time and customer service

My order was handled quickly and efficiently. Item arrived in perfect condition. Later, when I was looking for parts, customer service was kinf enough to research the item and told me the manufacturer no longer made them.

They had what I wanted for a competitive price and it arrived ahead of promised date.

They had what I needed. Finding the products on their site was easy. The price was comptitive. Shipping charges were clearly disclosed and very reasonable. Operating the check out as a guest was very easy. The product arrived packed well, ahead of the guaranteed time. I would definitely use this company again for electrical products.

not happy

the product is fine. Getting the product is another issue. First the item i ordered was backordered and pro lighting did not notify me. Then they said they found the item and I would have them by the end of the week. The dilivery company called and and needed directions and said he would be here by 4:00pm. 4:00pm came and gone. I called the delivery company and asked where he was, they said his route was changed and they would not be delivered until Monday. I asked where the items were they said they were sitting on there loading dock. I asked if I could come get them and they said fine. So, I drove 2 hous to pick up the items that I paid to have delivered. Prolighting said that they would refund the shipping. However I have not seen the refund yet.

We could also mention that your similar order from last year - you claimed FedEx delivered to the wrong house so you requested that we refund your the FedEx shipping charge which was $146.94, which we did.

What I ordered arrived - site information could be a little better

I ordered LED candelabra bulbs, it would be nice to see Lumen values posted for all bulbs on the site, as well as illumination angle - this sets the expectation for how bright it will be. The bulbs work, and the color is what I ordered, but I'd like it brighter and to spread the light differently. Without the brightness and beam angle info, the alternative for an end user is to buy one of each and compare them (and return the others) - I really don't have time or patience for that.

WOWSER WOWSER!!

I've ordered from these folks twice and both times it was spot on and quick!
I had a couple of missing clamps on fixtures and they IMMEDIATELY sent out replacements, no questions asked! Loving me some ProLighting.com!

Excellent service, fair price & timely delivery

I visited Prolightings's website and viewed 120 volt ballasts available for purchase. I was not familiar with the product so emailed them identifying the mfg. & model number of the ballast in my current florescent fixtures. I wanted a ballast that would start a F40T12 light at or near a temperature of zero. My current ballasts stated minimum starting temperature 50+. A response was received within hours identifying a ballast and its cost. I purchased 15 and received the product within 5 days.

Pretty good service, great price !

To be honest I was shopping for price . Turned out to be a good product as well. Besides one missing nut ( easily replaced) on one light cover all was smooth and easy. We will be using this company in the future.

Great product and excellent customer service!

I had ordered a part that didn't fit and called the company. They immediately took the time to find me the right part, got it ordered and shipped right away.

Also, I did not have to wait the typically long wait you get on the phone these days; I was helped right away.

I will call these folks again anytime I need help with lighting equipment. Great service!

Thanks for the review Jack. We do apologize for the delay you experienced. This was a new LED product for Maxlite and stock had depleted. Unfortunately with everything coming from China, when stock or parts run out it can be weeks before more arrives. This is something the whole industry is trying to get a grasp on. We apologize again and hope that you will try us again in the future.

Ordering online can be a real shot in the dark, but I'm glad I decided to order some LED lights from ProLighting. Communication, advice, responsiveness were all excellent as was the product. I will certainly be ordering from them again
