While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Promaster has issues …

I receive marketing email from [pro]master on a regular basis and I usually scan the email and on some occasions I click on a link to see the product of interest. This time I saw something I wanted to purchase and went through the whole buying process. But when it comes time to pay, I'd end up on an error page. I tried a couple of different web browsers and ended up on the same error page. So, I tried their online help/chat robot and got nowhere with that. I contacted them via their contact page and explained everything in detail. I received an obligatory response email saying they received my request for help. Then I got a "friendly human" email which said they "get back to you within one business day." It's now day 5 and I haven't heard anything. Today, I did tried to purchase the product again, and I ended up on the same error page. I can only guess they don't want my money.
