Everything was great, i am happy with my performance and support

It was a pleasure working with the Promatics team. Communication was smooth, deadlines were handled professionally, and they always took the time to explain the technical things in a simple way. We appreciate their commitment to delivering quality work and look forward to working together again.

Overall, we had a good experience with Promatics. The team was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the project. Like any software project, there were a few revisions along the way, but they addressed our concerns and worked with us to reach the desired outcome. Happy with the final result.

What stood out most was their technical expertise and commitment to quality.They understood our business requirements quickly and translated them into a polished, scalable solution. Post-launch support has also been reliable and efficient. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Promatics Technologies, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before working with them.
I was initially told my project would take around 10 weeks. In reality, after 7 months, I still did not have a functional website.
Throughout the process, I was contacted almost daily asking for feedback on the backend. As someone who is not a web developer, I found this incredibly overwhelming and stressful. I was essentially expected to guide technical decisions without having the expertise to do so, which should never be the client’s responsibility.
Despite making two payments, I completely lost confidence in their ability to deliver a working, bug-free website. After 7 months of ongoing issues, delays, and frustration, I made the difficult decision to walk away from the project entirely.
During this time, I also invested a significant amount of money into branding because they were unable to provide a professional standard of design, including logo and visual elements. On top of that, I dedicated a huge amount of personal time preparing my business for launch, time that has ultimately been wasted.
The stress caused by this experience has been overwhelming, and it has led me to step away from the business altogether. That is how severely this situation impacted me.
This was not a simple project, but I was assured multiple times that they had the capability to deliver it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The team structure also felt very disjointed, with multiple junior developers working on different parts of the project and little to no clear communication between them.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, costly, and damaging. I would not recommend this company.

Scamming business
hired this company to build a website for me, and the only reason I chose them, was time, I wanted to have the project and lunch it in six weeks, they pass it to next day and next week and after more than 10 weeks, they gave me this link to test it, which nothing was working. Also started threatening me that I have to pay them the final amount as well. be careful, it is just a scamming business, and you will not get your website and your money back.

I regrettably hired Promatics Technologies to build an IOS and Android Application from scratch for my business. They confirmed it would be completed within 12 wks, by April 13th. Eight months later and not a single module was completed.

From the beginning, I have had to reach out to the Project Manager (PM) Divanshi Chhabra more times than I can count in regards to the lack of work by her and the developers, her utter lack of progress reporting and communication, no APKs being sent twice a week as promised, no fully functional features/APKs, no time frames met, etc. All of which result in a breach of the contract. This unacceptable behavior left me no other option but to reach out to her superiors, which further detailed how I haven’t heard from anyone in over 3 weeks and that I was under the assumption they were working on the APK. Come to find out they had not even started on it.

At this point, I became adamant about needing to see what has been done these last few weeks, generously giving them another week to provide me with the APK, while the PM continued to take full advantage further delaying the project while arguing they needed more time as she continued to push it out another 2 or more weeks. Even after all the set backs, the APK I received looked absolutely nothing like the designs I had approved. I was forced to reach out to CEO Arpit Jain back on May 4th in regards to the unethical and indolent behavior from the developers as well as the PM. For which Mr. Jain accepted full responsibility for the delay and pleaded for another chance. I reluctantly agreed (unfortunately) and of course the unethical behavior only progressively got worse, except this time they were more obvious with deliberately hindering the progress of the project.

I was once again compelled to reach back out to Mr. Arpit Jain on August 31st in hopes of a positive change this time, but instead he acted completely irrational and unprofessional and immediately refused to speak with me or assist in any way.

In fact, he went on to claim I was past due on funds owed and needed to pay immediately. I was constantly harassed for more money by PM Divanshi, Senior Analyst Mr. Sahil Verma and the CEO Mr. Arpit Jain for months, yet neither were willing to provide legitimate proof of fees owed nor did they ever stop 'working’ (I’m using this word very loosely) on the project. A circumstance this company would surely have enforced otherwise.

I have done far more work then any client should ever have to do especially when paying a company to build a project for you. This has literally been a 60+ hour full time job for me for which was entirely taken for granted. Shameful

I regrettably gave this company an additional 5 months of mine and my businesses time in legitimate hopes to see positive changes but instead things had only retrogressed. This company as a whole has not only breached the Project/Business Contract in more ways than one, but the CEO Arpit Jain continued to breach the NDA agreement as well. He openly admitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about discussing my project with another source without my consent. CEO Mr. Jain refuses to accept any responsibility for the unethical, unprofessional and corrupt behaviors going on within his company even with all of the videos, photos, and documented proof that were provided to him. Therefore, he not only refused to grant me the warranted refund (per his own companies contract), but also refused to provide all of the confidential information which belongs to me as clearly stated within the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

This is Not how any business should be run and most of all not how customers should be treated. I had filed a lawsuit against Promatics Technologies for breach of contract and will be filing a second lawsuit for breach of NDA soon after.

This company is a SCAM! Buyers beware!
