Credit card services can be a bit complex, since you have several partners that have independent roles, in prder for the transactions to go smoothly. I ran into an incredibly stressful situation where the systems weren't working for an unknown reason and no one seemed to be able to figure it out, and My business was on hold. One team was telling me that it was the other person's issues and vice versa. After hours invested, I got my Pro Merchant representative, Brett Erickson involved and he very literally took ownership of the issue and worked with the multiple parties with to figure it out. After a collective 8 hours of back and forth investigating, he was able to narrow it down to a very simple coding resolution. My stress was through the roof, but he managed to get it resolved. I very much appreciate the work.

ProMerchant, specifically Brett, made the process super fast and painless. Generally, switching/procuring services for your business seems unnecessarily cumbersome. Not with ProMerchant. Everything was done inside of a week, and at least half of that time was on me. I saved money too! Brett was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and hand-held where necessary. I would 100% recommend ProMerchant.

Pay Anywhere has been a great resource for processing credit cards. Easy to use and if there is ever a problem, the staff is prompt in helping.
We are not accepting credit cards any longer due to the decrease in business because of Covid 19.

This company has been great to work with. After a quick hiccup getting started we received a call from Kevin. Kevin has been amazing and very professional and willing to answer all our small questions. The reason we switched to ProMerchant was due to the poor service we received from WorldPay. We look forward to a long relationship with ProMerchant. Very fair prices rates, great equipment and pricing and great service, how can you go wrong.

Don't use anybody else. All the competition is using tricks and garbage rates and fees that are misleading and you find surprises. LEADERS COUGH COUGH.

Just go with ProMerchant. They're rate moves on a sliding scale based on the real rates from card brands. You can literally say how little they mark-up the wholesale rates. I'm happy I'll never feel like I'm being scammed on my rates and fees again.

Have dealt with ProMerchant for a couple of years and have had little to no issues receiving customer payments. Appreciate the telephone support! Good job!

Promerchant is the best company I found, after calling around to the top 10 merchant service providers! ProMerchant had options available that noone else had. I was approved in 1 day. Go with the Pro's at ProMerchant!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Nicolas Lennan. Nic went above and beyond measure to help my niece and I establish her ProMerchant credit card processing account. Being only 19 years old and just starting her cosmetology career; she had run into several road blocks in getting a credit card processing account established in order to do business. She had been denied by several companies due to her age and lack of credit history. No one seemed to want work with her. I called ProMerchant and spoke with Nic. It was her lucky day. Nic was very friendly and positive. He helped us through every step of the process and checked in during the process to make sure everything was progressing as it should. I highly recommend ProMerchant. If Nic answers the phone; I can guarantee you will receive top-notch service.

I called to speak with ProMerchant about their services, what I received was excellent customer service, communication, guidance, and trust. Their support team walked me through the process, and took time to explain the fees in a transparent way so I could understand them. They were patient and kind throughout the call. I recommend this company for these reasons, and most importantly, they provide excellent support, accounts reps that answer the phone and can be reached at any time.
