Dana was the key to my choosing to setup an account with ProMerchant. My request to not be harassed during the evaluation process was fully respected.
Pricing is important, but services has a significant weight to making a business decision. My calls were answered promptly and I was never placed on hold, nor did I have to press several buttons to get to a live person who could actually answer my questions.

My experience with ProMerchant has been great so far I'm still getting setup though. The process wasn't complicated at all to get my account with them setup except that they do require that the back that you connect to your account with them have an actual branch location, but other than that the process was easy. CJ the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and talking me through anything that I needed assistance with.

Thank you Dana for all your help. This Rep game me the best customer service. I would definitely recommend ProMerch.

Joseph Mendolia Explained the process of setting up the account clearly and very helpful. It took a few minutes to complete the process. So far it’s been a positive experience.

I have the greatest experience with Bintou when I first inquired about a merchant account. She was very detailed, patient and answered all my questions regarding rates, they have the lowest rate so on what I had inquired for. Then a gentleman named Ryan, walked me through setting up my account he also was very patient, accommodating and very detailed walking me through the portal. If I can give 10 stars, I would. These company is freaking awesome! And so as their representatives!! And their portal is so easy to operate. They've over exceeded my expectations.
