bought a yamaha vx110 engine block in december 24. it turns out that the numbers on the block do not match the crankcase bearings. have written to promojetski, they write that they have no comments. therefore we cannot find the correct bearings. in fact the engine block is unusable

I have email correspondence with you clearly showing that you informed me the shipment was initially returned to your address.
After that, you charged me for the shipping cost again, and despite sending you numerous emails since then, I did not receive any response from your side until this moment.
I have no issue with customs, as the parcel was in your possession in France. You had problem with customs in France, not me, I never received anything.
Please explain immediately where my shipment is now, or issue a full refund without any further delay.

This company are scammers! Waiting weeks for parts with no contact from them. I had to ring them to be told they don’t have it in stock. Now they said they cannot refund me absolute scum

Do Not Buy From This Company!!
They took my money for an item they can't provide and refuse to refund me.
They are lying thieves,, won't respond to my emails, and claim they don't have anyone who speaks english to refund me.( The person who told me that was speaking english)
I now have to go through a dispute process with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Save yourself some grief and order from somewhere else besides these thieving pricks.

I ordered some weeks ago. I have tried many times to contact Promo Jetski for an order update. They simply never return nor respond.

I have no idea if I am going to get my parts ordered or if I’ve been scammed.

I’ll leave it a week then contact my credit card company and get the funds back that way.

I’ve no idea if this is a good or bad company! They never answer emails. Awful experience with them. I’ll never order here again. EDIT: I NOW KNOW THEY ARE A DREADFUL COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AS WELL AS BEING NON-CONTACTABLE. THEY’VE LOCKED AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT OWING ME £90!

Hi everyone, the problem is they never answer the phone or they never answer an email other than that the parts are available. I’m still waiting to receive it, but I tried to call them over 53 times and no answer.

I ordered a part they had in stock 3 weeks ago if not longer. I've now worked it out that they don't have anything in stock and they rake your order then order it from manufacturer after promising 24/48hr delivery. I've tried contacting them numerous times but no reply.

They don't respond to emails for several days, making it difficult to arrange anything. First, they have the product in stock, then I receive a message that it's no longer available.

Why are you not responding to emails, but you are replying here? Also, I can no longer log in to my account on your website to check my order status. When will my order be shipped?

I bought multiple remote controls for the Flyboard.

When I received the product, I immediately tried to pair it, but only one of them failed to pair.
I asked about this being impossible, but I haven't received a reply.

Please be careful if you buy in bulk.

This is a store that just sells and does nothing to fix broken items.

I've made a big order and paid 140EU for 2-days international delivery. Now I'm sending them questions regarding the order both via email and contact us system for more than a week, and no answer!

Looks like a total scum to me.

I received my seadoo storage bags & safety kit today.
My order took a while to arrive but the products were 100% perfect and exactly what I was looking for 🙂

I have bought from PROMO-JETSKI some stuff for water sport and my Jet ski, Top quality product! Good service! Will buy again and suggest to my friends! thank you! there was a small delay with delivery, but it was DPD fault not the Promo-Jetski!

AVOID!!

A complete shambles.

Ordered a life jacket that never turned up - after chasing them several times. They first claimed it was out of stock until I pointed out I had a screenshot showing it in stock
The all of a sudden it was shipped - complete with a non working DPD tracking number
When I chased again - it had been returned to them by DPD as I wasn’t home - I advised that no attempt had been made to deliver as my security cameras would have alerted me and the DPD driver is a neighbour who knows my phone number

Now the story is (8 weeks after ordering) - it doesn’t have a CE number so we are refunding you

Nothing but Lies, lies, lies........,

They have refunded me for the item but not the €35 shipping - Chargeback now issued
