I had a terrible experience with Pronto Lanka courier service. My package was delayed for several days without any clear explanation. When I tried to contact customer service, I was either kept on hold for ages or given vague and unhelpful responses. One representative even hung up on me mid-call!
No one seemed to take responsibility or show any urgency in resolving the issue. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re relying on a service and get zero support when things go wrong.
If you value your time and peace of mind, I suggest avoiding this company. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication are simply unacceptable

the service was terrible, with no customer support available when needed. I was especially frustrated by their failure to deliver on time. I would not recommend relying on them for timely or dependable service.

Poor service
Poor service. Package from Comombo to Gale. It takes 24 hours to arrive and the courier takes 5 days to reach the address. It is impossible to get through to the local branch. I do not recommend this company
Don’t ever trust, Cheating service
Bad customer service. Not trust worthy. I want to send a parcel to Kandy and went to Domex as usual but they directly refused delivery stating that they won’t deliver to the premises due to the exposition of tooth relic at Dalada maligawa. Domex asked me try another service. I came to pronto lanka and they accepted delivery but I re-confirmed asking whether they able to deliver due to that event. The agent confirmed me that they’ll deliver within 2 days. Next day it was gone to Kandy branch but they had called the recipient and informed that they can’t deliver. It was a sensitive. I called many numbers no one picked the phone. When I contacted hotline and informed they said it’s Ratnapura branch and disconnected. When I called the hotline again and asked whether it’s a branch or hotline the agent said it’s a branch, when I asked which branch she was stuck without an answer. They don’t take responsibility they listen to our problem then tell us a lie telling this is from whatever branch and disconnect the call. Don’t trust them.

Very bad service. Top urgent documents are not delivered as promised. And even not answering the phones. They make fun of us when asking to return it back to the sender. Never trust this company. So disrespectful, no liability towards the customer.

I must first hand acknowledge this is a very poor customer care giving service . I happened to collect a highly important document for an emmergency appointment .Customer care service rendered was very unsatisfactory .They were stating about their policies and denied my request of acknowledging the delivery person's mobile number.I simply requested it to meet him from a convenient place and collect my documentation as itwas a vital issue on my side.They continuously was stating if i need it immediately i should have requested an fast delivery method.Their customer care is 0%and they concern only the monetary side.They don't understand their customers and value of customer base on service rendered institutions .I really felt quiet dissapointed as they should have concern issue on my side and point and should have being more polite and flexible.Delivery service personal also states he was roaming within my place but on given route. Theycould have been more concern on my matter and could have arrange this convenient for both parties without concering on monetary factor only.They should have been more sensitive ,sensible and empathetic in humanistic approach when handling customers .Honestly I don't recommend this type of poor service to any one.

THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SRILANKA
Some documents were couriered from Batticoloa on Monday to Seeduwa and was told it will be derived on Wednesday morning. This morning I called and for some luck the phone was answered which happens once in a blue moon, and was told it will be delivered today. At 3.00 pm. these documents were still not delivered. I tried to call the Negombo branch more than 12 times . I was put on hold for 5, 6 minutes on each call and no one ever picked up the phone. As these documents has to be in my hands today, I could not take a chance but hired a Three wheeler from Lion city to your office and went there. Your staff was happily talking to each other and when I asked why the phone is not answered, I was told ” its not working” which obviously was a lie.
This is the 2nd time This happened as even the last time we used your services it was not delivered the day it should have been but was done the next morning. If you r phone never works, why are you cheating the customers by providing a number that is out of order. Why cant you have a mobile number to provide a better service? We pay the cost you wanted to deliver these documents. customers never ask for discounts. Then it is your responsibility to see if is not delivered on time., there must be a way for the customer to contact your office. Do not cheat customers by publishing a number which does not work. Even the loast time it was the same and I had to go there personally to check what was going on.
Having such impolite, unprofessional staff will only bring a reputation like this from the customers.
This is a serious matter and need to know what action was taken for this complaint. The customer does not have to pay you your charges and then incur additional expenses to go to your offices to find out what is happening .
