Great paintball
Had a amazing time with friends at pro paintball, the games were well organised & the team ensured that everyone had a great time.
Prices for equipment & paint balls were also extremely reasonable.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to play some quality paintball.

We had a great day at the Cobham venue…
We had a great day at the Cobham venue for my friends birthday. The staff are very attentive. They made us feel very welcome. The game zones are varied and interesting, each with its own theme and objective.
We had a big age range in our group, players as young as 11 and older than 60 and everyone had a great time! Thank you Pro Paintball, we’ll be back soon.

Customer service at Pro Paintball…
Customer service at Pro Paintball disappointed on November 22nd 2025 by ignoring my mother’s clear instructions to give 2000 gifted paintballs to me before I bought any extra. That didn’t happen and I needlessly purchased extra paintballs and they are refusing to refund that needless purchase. Staff’s version of these events is different and they are sticking to their version. The paint balling session was good and no complaints there as I only discovered this failing afterwards. Such a shame on an otherwise good and new operator rivalling the established DeltaForce nearby.

Disappointing customer service
I booked a birthday party at Pro Paintball to try them as the new kid on the block rather than book our usual Delta Force and was disappointed by the customer service experience post the event. PP are refusing to refund for paintballs I needlessly purchased as staff failed to tell me beforehand that I had a gift of paintballs as a birthday treat from my mother. Really disappointing attitude from them so I won't be returning there but will patronise Delta Force once more.
Your reply misses the point entirely, which is what I've been trying to get across without success. Had your staff given me the gift balls when they should have done I would had no need to pay for an additional 1,000 balls. Yes of course, we used them; we hd no choice having purchased them. But there was no need. STAFF SHORTCOMINGS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT'S THE POINT. IGNORING THE VERY PRECISE WISHES OF THE GIFT GIVER, IE. MY MOTHER. And giving a very different and false view of what they did and when they did it. I expected Pro Paintball to be better than this.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome following your booking, particularly as you and your group appeared to have had a great experience on the day itself.
We reviewed the booking internally and spoke with the staff involved. The paintballs purchased in advance by your mother were issued for use at the start of the session, as is standard and requested, and the additional paintballs you chose to purchase on the day were purchased of your own accord and fully used by the group.
No concerns were raised during the event, and the first indication of dissatisfaction came after the session had concluded.
As paintballs are a consumable product, once they have been used we’re unable to offer refunds.
That said, in an effort to resolve the matter positively, we did offer a voucher of significantly higher value than the amount in question, that not only included the amount of Paintballs that you are asking to be refunded for but also full equipment hire. This was declined.
Although it is a shame to receive our first 1-star review, we understand that you disagree with our position and respect your decision.
We always aim to be fair, consistent, and transparent with all customers, and we wish you all the best going forward.

Honestly just great, came from Germany on the Weekend just to visit my family but we decided to come here. It was just great. We had lots of fun and a pizza at the end. 10/10

Cracking day out
Cracking day out, all the team at pro paintball were all super friendly and so helpful. I can’t recommend this site enough. If you got a birthday, stag do/hen do or just up for a really fun day out, go to pro paintball! You won’t regret it!

I had so much fun hiding and defending but dropped out after the second round because of the heat!!😭😭.
The staff were very helpful before, during and after the games. They were also very kind. Would definitely visit again to paint more balls!
