So far, this has been a terrific experience. I now have measurements perfected for both dress and casual shirts. Proper Cloth has a fantastic selection of fabrics and designs, so I can't see buying anywhere else. Next, I'll try out their suits, pants etc.

The sales associate I worked with was very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She talked to me about what I am looking for stylistically in different clothing, asked me in-depth questions about fit, and she even invited me to bring in different pieces from other brands I already own and like, so she could measure them and help create different styles in my profile that we could use for references for future pieces. Then she's worked with me to try on the clothes I've ordered and make sure they are fitting right and helping to adjust them and remake them, so that I am ultimately getting exactly what I want. And the prices for all this I still can't believe. It is exceptional service and the clothes are high quality.

This is my third MTM shirt with Proper Cloth, and it will not be the last. I love love LOVE how easy it is to adjust things exactly how I want, and what I arrive is always just as described. I also love how easy they’ve made the remake process is, if it comes to that. No back-and-forth emails proving you aren’t lying.

Proper Cloth is my favourite clothing company to work with. Their deliveries are always quick, often much faster than quoted. The measurements and quality are always good, and they’re always cut to the size quoted. If there are any challenges around my style or fit, they’re incredibly responsive and able to do an exchange or remake something. This has allowed me to get to a size that I’m really happy with. I just know that if I order from them, I’ll be happy with it. I could not recommend them more.
