Have purchased 30 shirts from PC over the past ten years. Some of them have lasted almost a decade with regular trips to the cleaners. The convenience of knowing the fit and style work with the option to customize a little is great. I've saved hours not having to go to shopping, and shopping in a department store is inconvenient, inconsistent, and impersonal by comparison.

Great products! Also, just had a terrific virtual appointment with salesperson (they have stores you can visit, too).

Excellent selection of wardrobe staples, both for casual/smart and business casual and formal events, in comfortable fabrics and cuts. The garments are high-quality (even if many aren't 100% handmade), fit well, are durable, and the customer service is knowledgeable and efficient.

I buy all of my work shirts from them and have been a customer for over 10 years. As someone who is a size that they simply don’t make off the rack, this place has been a life saver. Quality is top notch. Customer service is also A+. If I ever have an issue with fit or construction (which is rare), they solve it expeditiously and without question. My highest recommendation. You can’t go wrong.

Jeans were too long but got a free remake with no hassle. The second pair fit perfectly and very good quality.

I have always hated shopping for clothes because nothing ever fits me right. Also, I was always embarrassed to go anywhere for custom tailoring because I had no idea what I was doing.

Enter Proper Cloth. I made an appointment with some trepidation, but my experience there was terrific. No one made me feel dumb or unwelcome. Every choice and suggestion I was given was explained in an easy-to-grasp way, even for a fashion idiot like me, and I'm delighted with the way my pieces turned out. They fit me perfectly right out of the box, and I feel like a million bucks when I wear them!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and really high-quality MTM shirts.

I scheduled a virtual fitting appointment and Proper Cloth sent two shirts for me to try. I made notes on which fit better and any changes I needed. The consultant viewed my fit over a video conference and constructed and saved that size to my profile.

I now order shirts directly on the website and use that custom sizing profile. These shirts come to me and they are of spectacular quality and fit.

Proper Cloth is a wonderful place for someone like me that doesn't like to shop at stores and mess with the one size fits all (but never does) trap.

I highly recommend them.
