Hi, I’m Jag Khalsa, an award winning property investor and recipient of the People’s Choice Award. I’ve also recently been featured in Samuel Leeds’ Success Students, Volume 6. I specialise in providing quality Serviced Accommodation across the West Midlands and surrounding areas, primarily for working professionals, contractors and relocating families. Alongside my accommodation business, I work with property investors to source, stage and manage investment opportunities, providing a genuinely hands-off experience. From identifying the right property and preparing it for the market through to the day-to-day management, I can take care of the entire process, helping investors build property income without the time and hassle of managing everything themselves. My focus is simple, building long-term relationships, providing a reliable and transparent service, and creating property opportunities that work for everyone involved.

Jag has been fantastic to work with every step of the way. His property was clean, his approach was professional, and he was a very friendly landlord who went the extra mile. We will always come to him first for as he is someone we can trust.
Really good experience working with Jag. He sourced me an R2SA deal and has been helpful throughout the whole process, not just with finding the property.
He also did the photography for the house which came out really well, and whenever I’ve been stuck with anything along the way he’s always been there to help or give advice.
Communication has been good from start to finish and he’s made the whole process a lot easier. Would definitely recommend Jag to anyone looking for help with an R2SA deal and I’d happily work with him again.
It was a pleasure to co-source on a R2SA deal with Jag. Communication was clear and on point. He brought the investor and the deal progression was seamless, even after contracts were signed.
