Properly Options don't check that their properties are decently clean and livable before letting. They misrepresent photos in the tenancy agreement and will let out properties that have mold and heavy grime and expect the new renter to clean it.
If you complain and send photographic evidence, they will only keep the photos on file, not actually resolve the issue.
Property Options have successfully found a suitable tenant and in a timely manner. They gave me options of tenants who met their background/Reference checks and advised me of risks of taking on tenants who were likely to be problematic. All the office staff are great and on my face to face visit it was a good experience

Pathetic customer service, they always need property access every month or two and threaten if we dont give them permission, they're gonna use the 2nd key to enter the property which truely invades the privacy, while on the contract, it was written that a visut after 6 months yet they continue to invade privacy and disturb state of mind. Worst customer services and they didnt even give you the property in good condition and the property was really mouldy when we got the possession and told washing machine and refrigerator should be fixed by us but initially was told that they were going to fix it. Worst commitment. Worst agents. Worst services. Absolutely disappointed

We feel this review does not provide a true or accurate reflection of our service. As an agency, it is our duty to our landlords to ensure their properties are maintained in clean and tidy condition, including the garden areas.
For clarity, you are not the named tenant on the tenancy agreement — your mother is the main tenant. Over the past six months, quarterly inspections we scheduled on behalf of the landlord were repeatedly refused. Instead, AI‑generated images were sent to us to suggest the garden had been cut and the property kept clean.
Under the tenancy agreement, we are entitled to carry out inspections and, where cooperation is withheld, we have the right to enter with a spare key. When inspections were eventually conducted, the garden was found to be overgrown, the property overcrowded, and cleaning neglected for several months. We reminded the tenant of their responsibility under the agreement to maintain the property and cut the grass.
It is disappointing that this has resulted in a misleading review. We remain committed to protecting our landlords’ interests by ensuring properties are kept in good condition and inspections are carried out on time.
