When I inherited my parent's property I knew nothing about property letting. Through my membership of Property Tribes I not only understand my many obligations I also have access to a plethora of reputable professionals.
Support and knowledge are second to none, there is always someone that can answer your question or, at the very least, point you in the right direction.

Property Tribes is an excellent place get help for anything to do with property. Everyone is so willing to give free expert advice to help protect you from people who are trying to get you to pay for very expensive bogus property courses. Property Tribes always make it clear when they are offering a service. Highly recommend if you want to help you to protect yourself from the sharks who operate in property.

I wanted to invest in rental property but had absolutely no idea where to start. Thank goodness I found Property Tribes - I spent about 6 months reading and asking questions before even looking for my first property. That was 4 years ago and I now consider myself to be a good landlord who provides my valued tenants with well maintained and safe homes and I make a very good return on investment as well.

There's so much you need to know and understand before even considering being a landlord. The huge amount of legislation that governs the sector, what type of property to purchase, location, avoiding pitfalls (and there's many for the unwary!) tenant selection, maintenance and refurbs, sticky situations, tax issues - if you want to do it well as we all should, then you'll find it all on PT.

Property Tribes is very transparent about any partners they have, and I've used some of them, not only because I like to deal with recommended companies but also because these companies are accountable to the entire PT community. So far I've used their insurance partner and their legal partners, both of whom have provided me with honest, skilled and friendly service.

Great information sharing, which can bring great results. We've just succesfully reclaimed a large ammount of SDLT, due to information shared on the Tribes.
We've also just secured a great mortgage deal via the Tribes trusted partners.

I am a landlord of many years but the property world is so vast that I need to ask questions of the forum and invariably somebody else has done it already, twice.

Excellent excellent website. This is the ONLY place on the internet I feel safe to both share and receive information and reviews relating to property investment in a safe and secure episode. There is no upsell and no one trying to take your money. Everything is above board and I am also aware they have a complaints procedure should anyone post anything that is incorrect. 10/10. Where there is large sums of money at stake there are sharks, but they're not on property tribes.

Excellent site and content. Plenty of professionals available from a variety of backgrounds to bounce ideas and questions off. If you're just starting out or are an experienced operator, Property Tribes should be on your reading list.

A platform where Landlords and Tenants can come together to help each other with everyday issues they come across from all walks of life. The site offers useful tips and recommendations from people who themselves have gone through their own journeys and are sharing their experiences in a community environment.

I only started using it in 2019 and I have already found it extremely useful. There is no committment expected from anyone and interactions with other people is free on the forum.

Doesn't matter if you're novice or have decades of experience, I think you'll find the site useful. Go see yourself and immerse in the conversations with like-minded people who will definitely give you food for thought when it comes to being a landlord or tenant.

Great place for landlords and prospective landlords to learn about what it all entails to provide quality housing to those that want it. Lots of hugely knowledgeable and experienced contributors who share what they know to the benefit of everyone. Great community vibe.

An absolute god send! So many people give so much of their time to help, advise, comment and steer others through problems and questions. Thank you Property Tribes and in particular Vanessa and Nick who work tirelessly to help others.

A very informative and bang up to date site offering a wealth of resources to both new and experienced property investors.

In particular, I like the way the site focuses down on specific topics each week/month and do their best to offer a balanced view of the topic at hand.

Vanessa Warwick also does an excellent job of interviewing respected thought leaders in the property World.
