My experience was that ProPlates offered an easy to use website for full range of number plate styles and features, no personal info data grab like some and more sensible prices than many.

I really liked the option for some custom wording in small letters at the base of the plate, which was great for my vintage tractor. Delivery was prompt. Would use again.

Great service and communication and excellent quality plates.

Purchased a self adhesive plate and when I tried to fit it it went totally out of shape with bubbles, poor quality and unable to use, asked for a refund but nothing. poor customer service

They did send the wrong plates in the initial order but quickly rectified it, mistakes happen but its how you deal with it, and they did great.

Unfortunately haven't yet received the plates, even though I ordered 6 days ago and paid for 48 tracked service.

I bought the plates based on their own FAQ which states orders are shipped the same day. I was sent a tracking code the same day, but unfortunately it didn't work.

After chasing the issue with the tracking for several days, I was finally made aware by the company that the items actually take longer that advertised to produce and would be shipped 3 days after my original purchase.

I shopped around to ensure I found a company with a fast turn around due to my circumstances, unfortunately I was misled by their own FAQ.

Requested a refund multiples times but no movement. Can't comment on the quality of the product as I don't have the items.

First time using this company there was a little mistake with my plates that i panicked about but that was quickly turned around after a few emails with Danielle at customer service, the mistake was minor we all make mistakes I'm just happy it was rectified after a few emails with Danielle, yes I'll be ordering from you guys again, very good quality and packaged very good when posted, not a single little scratch on the plates, I'm now a very happy new customer :)

Ordered a set of reproduction dealer plates, I could only supply a very poor quality image of 1980's dealer logo I required on the plates but they managed to sort it no problem, they even sent across a picture for me to approve before making them. Plates arrived promptly and they are top quality and finished off properly on the edges. I can highly recommend pro-plates to anyone needing a set of original looking dealer plates for their classic car.
