Amazing customer service. Great selection of products and very great pricing!

I feel embarrassed at how few reviews I've left for the amount of orders I've actually made over the years.

Props & Replicas are absolute class from start to finish.
Items arrive quickly and extremely well packed, no issues at all there.
Store owner, Curtis, goes above and beyond.
Communication is so good you start to think you actually know the man...he treats you and every customer just brilliantly.

Probably the best site for sheer variation of collectibles in the UK.

I bought the terrifier one 12 Mezco figure, the delivery was much faster than expected and arrived with great protection to ensure the collectors box and item were in pristine condition. To no fault of the seller the Mezco figure had QC defects. Curtis, who I spoke with on emails was absolutely brilliant, exchanging my item and was absolutely great and friendly throughout. His customer service was second to none, stopping at nothing to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, I’ll definitely be using them again for more terrifier collectibles. Curtis, thank you again you have been brilliant! :)

Had great experience with this company, owner even went out of his way to help with some Figures during the Batman Returns Release Pre orders. The Figures arrived in tip top condition, and i have since placed 2 further orders with them! I really appreciate everything that they have done. Definitely trustworthy, and excellent packaging!

I would highly recommend this store. They had a figure I could not get anywhere else for a great price and they also answered questions I had very quickly.

I've been using P&R for a few years now, and never come across an issue, but I've never had a problem to report.
Service is all good so far.
Everything I have purchased has been delivered perfectly well and fast shipped with great care taken in packaging.
Preorders can take a while to come in stock, a couple of live POs I have with no date of being due as they just keeps getting pushed back, while other stores have already had their stock. But I can wait, so long as they do get fulfilled. Because of this I do tend to go elsewhere now for POs.

I've placed over 20 orders with Props and Replicas since 2022, and they’ve consistently outperformed the other 8 UK sellers I’ve tried. Their range of products is the most extensive I’ve seen, and every item has arrived in pristine condition.

On the rare occasion something went wrong—one order was lost in the post—they resolved the issue quickly and professionally within just two emails.

MR TOYS UK forever fan!!!

I got a defected product from them, however the only email I found didn't work! I put a 1 star review here, they quickly got in touch reaching out to me through a different email, the person I was talking to was super friendly and after a week or so I was given a free replacement! Amazing people! The only reason I would put lower than 5 stars is if the email problem wasn't just me and for everyone who needed help!

Would recommend!!
