Ordered my Pro Rider Road King in a hurry as needed it for going on holiday. The team arranged next day delivery for me to ensure it arrived in time. Fabulous service. Delivery included a handover with clear instructions for use and care. Super product. Cannot fault it. Exactly as described.

I bought a new scooter from this …
I bought a new scooter from this company and when we unpacked it there was a small damage on the front of the machine. Phone up the service department and spoke to Miss/Mrs Reanne Chambers and was very helpful and told me to take some phots of the damage which I did.
After the photo were send at first they said that they would gave me six months insurance free but I did not accept this due to the fact that I can get a full year for about £85 so then they said they would exchange it with another one which did happen this morning.
I was very impressed the way and I must point out the service rep Reanne was very professional in dealing with me and she is a star as she took a lot of time to sort it out for me. Also the driver Colin that delivered the new unit was polite and placed the scooter into my home and its nice to see a person that enjoys what he is doing.

Needed mobility scooter urgent, One phone call and a visit to view the model and walked out with a Red one, great service.
Gave 4 out of 5 as they where not aware at the time that there is a cradle available for charging batteries removed from the scooter.

Outstanding customer service.
I ordered a lightweight mobility scooter on behalf of my uncle who is suffering from COPD. The scooter was already assembled and he loved the look and quality of the product. It folded down without having to dissemble, which is what he wanted since he struggled with his current one.
Unfortunately he couldn't lift the 26kg weight of the product. The customer service I received was amazing. I contacted Tara and explained the situation and she offered me an exchange or refund. As he already had a scooter we decided on a refund. The brilliant customer service didn't stop there, she even arranged a courier as I was struggling to find one which would take the item.
I didn't believe the site, when it said 5 star customer service, but honestly it was!
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family and would use again in the future.
Thank you very much for making a stressful situation so much easier.

You dont go back for a second time to buy another scooter from pro rider if they are not worth the bother. I would recomend pro rider to anyone. They should be the first on every bodies list. Keep up the good work for 2018 regards

Thank you for my mobility scooters, as you know I have had 3 stolen in the last 7 weeks. I have gone for the white glove treatment as I live alone and would not be able to put it together. Great but battery fitter required.…
For the price it is good value for money, but, had a problem on arrival getting the battery connected, I am 70 years old and have mobility problems, there was not instructions on how to do this, there was a leaflet, dut finding the battery and stripping the body to get to it was to say the least was quite difficult, I rang the company supplier who was quite nice, she too had to find how to get the battery connected, but that aside I am pleased with it.
