I have found that site was good easy to navigate ordering was easy and delivery was quick delivery man was very helpful packaging was very good scooter is just what I wanted

Delivered on the day stated, packaging in very good condition. When opened it was very easy to put together. Making sure the rear tyres are pumped up could be a problem, any car type inflator will do it. Have been out and about on a few trips now and am getting used to how powerful it is. Great machine at a FABULOUS price.

Recently bought a Prorider Roadking and am delighted. Took my nephew about 30 mins to assemble the battery and inflate tyres. The Scooter itself can not be faulted and is as good if not better than scooters costing at least twice as much. It is quick comfortable and "feels" solid and reliable. Would recommend Prorider to anyone.

I could not of put everything on the scooter but had a friend who did it for me, took 2 hours, driving the scooter is great and comfortable with good performance.

I visited your offices early this year in Northampton with my battery off my pro rider elite scooter,I was given a warm welcome on my arrival and the service engineer asked what the problem was and I told him that my battery charger would not charge my battery his reply was instant he said it was a blown fuse in the battery and promptly took it into the workshop and within minutes returned in good working order after replacing the fuse and testing the battery some firms would have tried too fob me off to buy a new battery but not Pro Rider.I also ordered a hubcap for my scooter over the phone and it arrived two days later PERFECT I would recommend PRO RIDER MOBILITY

Received my access ramp one day after ordering.The ramp is very strong and well made.After I installed it,the heavens opened up with a torrential downpour,I tested the ramp,both with my power chair and walking on it.There was no slipping at all.The width is perfect for my scooter and power chair with room to spare.Lastly,the price of £70.00 for a 5ft folding ramp,was way below many I looked at.I am very pleased with all aspects regarding my new access ramp.I feel very safe and confident when using it and I'm sure it will give me years of service.

The best thing I have ever done...I like photography so now I can go father than I ever did before walking...I have trouble doing that anyway..but now it's great.

I ordered 2 x Pro Rider Wheel Clutch's 28th April for my Golf Trolley. I was told that deliver would be after working days.it is now May 6th and I still have not received them. When I phoned the service number yesterday May 5th I was told that delivery would take 7-10 days....not the same as I was informed initially. So, in the mean time I cannot use my electric trolley. I am having to pay £5.00 each time to rent a golf trolley from my Golf Club. Perhaps you can reimburse me these additional costs. If I was told at the time of ordering the Clutch's that it would take so long, I would have paid for 1st class delivery.

easy to navigate site to find what we wanted.ordered and delivered within 3 days. a very comfortable ride. slight problem taking it to pieces first time but sorted with helpline in minutes.

I purchased for my father the Pro-Rider Elite online, it was delivered 2 days later.
I found found the sales team extremely knowledgeable and courteous, when I had some questions.

The scooter is a well made sturdy machine which is very quick and easy to dismantle, put in the back of a VW golf and then re-assemble.

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent company.

I bought a Pro Rider Elite some time ago which is ideal for carrying in my car. No heavy parts, easy to assemble and very reliable. I have just bought a Road King as I have become more disabled and cannot now manage even short local journeys. It was delivered on time and I found it easy to assemble. It is a very smart and, while I have not yet tried it out fully, I have every confidence that it will prove to be a real lifeline in enabling me to continue my normal life, shopping locally and visiting friends. I might even make longer journeys to save using my car which is getting harder to manage these days, especially when parking. I had one small problem assembling to scooter after I had unpacked it but that was very quickly solved by one phone call to a very helpful guy in the service department. I am a completely satisfied customer of Pro Rider.

As someone who is disabled my everyday life relies on numerous batteries for chair lift, & mobility scooter to name a few and these are very expensive even without the VAT. Its nice to find the supplier "Pro-Rider" who offers a fair deal to the disabled and deliver batteries quickly & will also replace any battery that fails in warranty, and not in any way at the disabled persons cost. Places like Ebay exploit a lot of disabled people and in many cases not even removing the VAT. Then recently I had one of 3 batteries I had bought, fail within its 1 year warranty and when I contacted them about it they just refused to answer my emails or letters. I normally get more than a year from a battery but its nice to know with Pro Rider it will be replaced if it fails and not in any way at the disabled persons cost.

Brilliant scooter well worth the money

My scooter arrived two days after placing the order, which was brilliant service. It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The scooter itself was exactly as described and can be folded for transport or completely stripped down. I already have a scooter but, even when dismantled, it is too heavy for me to load. This scooters heaviest part it ttwenty-four lbs and I can load it myself. I finally have the freedom to go out unassisted. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this scooter again and I would certainly buy from this company again. Top notch.

I bought these batteries for my scooter, and have been very happy with them. They arrived on the day and well packed. And a great deal cheaper that other places. I will now buy only from Pro Rider. So if you are thinking about buying but cant make your mind up. Well you can trust them so just buy . You to will be very Happy.

Good service apart from postage, they did not deliver on the day they said they would so I lost one and a half days wages waiting in for delivery, they didn't provide a tracking number or emails informing me when to expect delivery.
