I ORDERED THE PROSCENIC P10 PRO LAST YEAR DEC 25, 2021 TO BE EXACT, I STARTED TO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE VACUUM BECAUSE IT KEPT ON RELEASING THE DIRT ON THE FLOOR AFTER SUCKING IT UP. NOW I CONTACTED THEM BECAUSE I WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND WAS TO GET THE PART TO USE THE VACUUM AGAIN.

I WAS LATER TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SHIP SOON, THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DONT SELL IT ANYMORE. IVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM FOR OVER A MONTH OR 2 ABOUT THE VACUUM.

THEY DONT ACT AS IF THEY REALLY CARE, NOONE RETURNS CALLS OR EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. THROUGH EMAIL THEY ARE AS SLOW AS A SNAIL. THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THEY DONT CARRY IT ANYMORE AND THATS IT.

I WASNT COMPENSATED IN ANYWAY WHATSOEVER, THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THE EMAILS AND I MEAN THE VERSION I BOUGHT WAS THE 2ND LASTEST VACUUM THEY RELEASED AND I BOUGHT LAST YEAR. FOR IT TO MALFUNCTION IN LESS THAN A YEAR IS RIDICULOUS AND TO NOT BE COMPENSATED AFTER I SPENT MY MONEY, BASICALLY RECEIVED NOTHING ON WARRANTY AND THEY COULDNT FIX THE ISSUE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

WASTE OF MONEY AND IM SO UPSET THAT I SPENT THE MONEY WITHIN NO TIME ITS GONE JUST LIKE THAT. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN BACK MY MONEY.

I HAVE SENT VIDEO WITH PROOF THAT IT IS GIVING TROUBLE. I LITERALLY WASTED MY MONEY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LONGTERM. NOT TO MENTION YOU WANT TO SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT GENUINUELY CARES ABOUT GIVING YOU GREAT SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE AND THEY SEEM TO FORGET ITS THESE SAME CUSTOMERS THAT SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS THAT KEEPS YOU IN BUSINESS.

BEFORE I LEFT THIS REVIEW I TRIED TO SEE WHAT YOU WOULD DO TO AND YOU GUYS DID NOTHING AT ALL. MY MONEY WENT IN LESS THAN A YEAR BEING SPENT ON YOUR VACUUM SO I DONT TRUST ANYTHING RELEASED BY THIS BRAND.

THEY ALSO REMOVED EVERY OTHER VACUUM THEY HAD AND CAME OUT A WHOLE NEW SET. DEFINATELY DONT TRUST PROSCENIC!

David was very helpful with app sharing and Google commands. Should be much better online instructions for app though.

The Proscenic team provided a great support even after the warranty period has expired. They realized the issue and honored a part replacement. Using the M7 PRO robot more than a year and very satisfied with the robot and Proscenic support.

Had a problem I couldn't solve so I asked their help department. They were back to me in no time and had the answer. Problem solved. Proscenic is the best!

The Pro 8 vac works well on our floors, its not perfect but dose a very good job.
Had a couple of issues generated by myself and contacted customer services via the app and have fixed straight away.

There was a malfunction with my vacuum cleaner. I've contacted the Prosenic. They answered immideately try to fix the problem.
When it couldn't be solved they offer replacement and sent it immideately and it has arrived within a week!!
