We’ve just completed our onboarding with Prospect CRM and I’ve been really pleased with the whole experience. When starting with prospect there is a lot to get your head around, a lot of information to consume so having the training weeks were very helpful. Bogdan was great from showing us around the software, and more in depth with reports. And was also very adaptable when we had to cancel.

Adilah Adli Conducted herself very professionally. Adilah made sure that we understood each step. She also provided timely feedback and answers to questions raised during the sessions and by email and promptly engaged others to provide technical advice where she did not have the answer. By the completion or just before the last session at Team was able to use the platform effectively and we now are up and running with very few, mostly insignificant issues to be resolved as we learn to work with this platform.
