I purchased a Speedo LZR race suit for my daughter in July 23’ as it was on special and put it away for her to use at the Australian Championships in April 24. This is the only suit my daughter races in so she was used to how it should fit and feel. Two days before the event she got them out to try on and noticed that there appeared to be faulty material around the legs and the suit was not fitting, even though it was her usual size. I sent photos to ProSwimmer showing them my concerns and without any questions they promptly sorted the problem and sent out a replacement suit acknowledging that the suit was faulty. I believe that ProSwimmer went above and beyond to help solve my problem and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Thank you Proswimwear for a prompt and speedy resolution to my issue.
I would recommend to anyone looking for purchasing all things swimmer related.

Terrible Customer Service
A return policy that’s not fit for purpose
A postal option both sending and returning requires you to take out a second mortgage!
I purchased a swimsuit which was too large - have had same make previously and no issues.
Had to return, and it cost me to do so.
Posted back immediately, with 48 guarantee and it was received as Royal Mail confirmed. 14 days later I still do not have my refund.
Customer services advising it takes 14 days to refund from when “they decide” you are entitled to a refund.
As other customers have said, the low prices are a gimmick when postage costs you over £10.
Pay the extra and use alternative websites for superior customer experience. No amount of money can pay you for the time it takes to pursue this company.
Customer service is terrible.

Three separate purchases for swim aids, few Arena jammers and earplugs. Wide stock selection.
As a pro, enthusiast (myself) and amateur swimmer it is your place to go! Look away from Amazon, really;)

Customer service is terrible. You have to pay for post, if size is not ok. Refund takes ages. Rude staff, nobody cares even when they make mistakes. Stay away. Their lower prices explained - a nightmare to deal with.

They have charged me £4.95 for me to go and drop the returned item off at a 24/7 inpost centre at my local station... I will not be purchasing from them again.

Yes, it appears there are other options that are £3 and I tried to pursue that option, but your website said it wasn’t available in my area! So now I have no choice but to pay £4.95.
You’ve also completely missed the point … having to pay to return is the deal breaker.
Your competitors don’t charge and that is where I will shop in future.

My package arrived quite quickly but the size was much larger than expected, even though I bought the same size as always.
So I had to return the product which got handled OK.

Been shopping with Proswimwear for years and they deliver good products,and if something goes wrong Customer Service have always been there to help and sole problems fast!

Amazing customer service! We have bought 2 race suits from them. The second one ripped (shredded) as my daughter was putting it on before her big race. We contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. We provided pictures of the defective suit and they said the suit was covered under a warranty and would be shipping a new one to us. Even though we are in the US, shipping has been extremely fast, and we will continue to order our race suits from ProSwimwear in the future.

I never leave reviews but praise where praise due! I recently purchased a race suit. At the first gala it ripped at the seam (manufacturing defect). I sent a email describing the issue and it was dealt with immediately I now have a new race suit in the post within seven days. Delighted with the customer service

Bad experience !
They wouldn't honour their online price ! I tried to buy item at the advertised £10.99 but the price suddenly went to £25.99. Claimed it was an error in pricing and wouldn't honour their original offer.
Disappointing !!

Unfortunately my order would not go through to the payment stage, I had loaded 4 items I wanted to purchase and was offered an Amazon payment alternative, and I wanted to make use of free delivery, however there was no option to go to the payment stage. I tried to call on Saturday afternoon but the phone lines are not manned.

I never normally leave a review but I had to comment on the speedy, solution focused responses I received from Sue and the support/ returns team at Proswimwear. I had an issue with the sizing of my daughter’s racesuit. The return process was simple, effective AND because I’d ordered the first suit during a sale period, they sent a discount code for the reorder. Excellent service, I’ll be back.
