All the team at ProTech are knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Sam and Tom did a great installation, very tidy and respectful. Alan the heating advisor is obviously so very experienced, he gave pragmatic advice and didn't try to sell me anything for the sake of it. Choosing a new boiler is one of those major house decisions that can be daunting but I was reassured by the team answering all my questions and their trustworthy advice. It was a quick turn around from order to installation too, it's so good to have heating and hot water back again! Would definitely recommend ProTech.

My experience with this company was amazing. The man who came out to give me a quote was lovely(I believe his name was Michael) and gave me the options of where my new boiler could be and helped go through the steps and explained everything to me perfectly. He got back to me the same day with a quote which was great and after a little back and forth messages while I waited for more quotes I went with this company as they initially quoted less but took a little more off and came out within a week!! Which was great as we had ripped the old boiler out it was that old! The 2 lads that came and did the fitting were great, very polite and easy to talk to which is exactly what you need! I’d 100% use again as it was that quick and simple.

Great set of lads at the office who scheduled someone to come out and quote for replacement. Chap came out to quote and assessed what would be/ wouldn't be required. Explained options available regarding quote. Dealt with the lads in the office regarding acceptance of quote. Agreed day for installation. All done as agreed. Left in a safe clean fashion.

An absolute brilliant company , so friendly and helpful, the 2 lads who came explained in detail of what they were doing and showed how it all worked , they worked none stop ,we couldn't praise them enough , thankyou so much .

Good job done from start to finish from the survey to the engineer installer. Would use ProTech again and recommend your company to anyone.

Brilliant Job
Had a new boiler fitted by Pro Tech and from Shawn the heating advisor who came to give us a quote to Joe and Harry who fitted the new boiler in they all did an excellent Job. We had a small minor detail to sort out and Tom came round to sorted it out for us straight away. We have found all to be very polite and professional and would highly recommended them.

We are very pleased with our new Viessman boiler. The installer (Dave) was just brilliant from start to finish. He was very professional, worked like a trooper and turned up on time.
I would definitely recommend ProTech Boilers if you want a first class job.

Engineers were polite and friendly and professional.
Cracked on with the work and finished within the deadline.
Explained how to use the controls and cleaned up afterwards.

I got my boiler installed by ProTech! They was absolutely brilliant! All fitted in a day and the guy installing left no mess. Helped me chose the best boiler for our home after having no clue about boilers. Lovely and so friendly very helpful also so quick to come out would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant workmen who worked all day without a break. Felt able to go out for an hour and leave them to get in with job.
Explained controls before they left.
Only slight complaint I felt the finish of the soakaway could have been a bit neater and where the flue went through the wall. Not major but lost them a few point. Would still recommend though.

First call to Protech was extremely helpful and Steve suggested a method of getting hot water back on. He offered a visit by an engineer (Alan) to show boiler options. No pressure selling just straightforward clear and concise advice. With a ten year guarantee, improved efficiency and therefore much more reliable we agreed a new installation. David and Ryan installed it in less than a day. Great lads, professional and left the site clean. Great product and great service. Highly recommended.

What a good company from first survey to fully working new boiler one week.All questions answered keep fully informed of time scale. Installation work to a high standard minimum mess very pollite fitter very knowledgeable .if you want a good all round company for gas work I recommend you use them.

Protech fitted our new Combi Boiler. On arrival Tom Shaw the engineer and his assistant explained what needed to be done and got on with the job. They worked well together. They were efficient and a likeable pair of lads. They did a good job and we were well pleased. We would highly recommend Protech and the lads, and would use them again if needed.
