Excellent service, the guys turned up at the time advised, were very professional in what they did, they were polite & friendly, couldn't have asked for better, they made sure the whole area was cleaned after completing the job

First of all, the sales person was very knowledgeable and polite, and not pushy at all.
After giving us time to discuss on our own, we decided to go ahead, so rang the sales person who fixed us a date to proceed.
The person doing the job arrived on time, was very polite and friendly ,and made no mess.
After having the open cell spray foam installed, we were rather concerned to hear from other reviews that there was a risk of devaluation to our property !
While we actually thought it may increase the value !
We also read that some mortgage companies actually won’t grant a mortgage on a property that has spray foam in the loft !
This was NOT explained to us by the sales person, and had we known this we would not have had the spray foam installed.
We also read that it costs several thousands to have it removed !
We read about the wood beams rotting because of this spray foam, while your paperwork that we signed actually guarantees there will be not rotting of wood beams.
We had this installed to hopefully reduce our heating bills , and do think that this will be so, but the other things we mentioned have made us slightly worried !
We would like to hear what Protech have to say in answer to this review.

I'm very happy about the service I received from this company. With the current fuel crisis I thought it would be beneficial to have the foam insulation carried out in my loft space to save on my gas and electricity bills. Their salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, explaining everything in detail and managing to get us a good deal. I was also quite impressed with the professionalism of the team who carried out the work.

Great service - the guy doing the initial survey explained how it all worked and showed me exactly what would be done and why, the actual installation team were efficient and friendly, the system for payment really smooth. I can't comment yet on the effectiveness of the actual insulation.

Excellent overall experience. Courteous staff. No high pressure from well informed sales surveyor.

I have worked for this company for several months now and have no complaints. Unfortunately I had to stop working for personal reasons but have been treated in a professional manner that you would expect from a company.
I have been paid on any outstanding sales I have made to date as soon as I invoice them without any issues. The guys that run the company are the most genuine and honest people you could work for. I would recommend that if you get the chance to be part of there team you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to you guy that work so hard to keep the team happy.

The work was fine and the guys polite and worked hard. Pity they had to dash back for more chemicals but it didn't cause any issues for us I eagerly await to see the benefits with energy prices escalating at ridiculous rate

We had Synthesia foam loft insulation installed in our attic in May 2022 just before we placed our property on the market. The salesman that came to quote for the job stated that it would increase the value of the bungalow, but the opposite is true! The bungalow is now on the market and unsaleable to any buyer who needs a mortgage as lenders and surveyors will not agree to any mortgage on the property so it is practically valueless now! We are having to pay to have it removed without delay, the whole episode costing in excess of £7,000 which we probably won't recover from the sale proceeds. I cannot believe that this product is still bring installed into properties before it is approved by surveyors and mortgage companies. I understand that this may be the case in the future but at present it is not. Please don’t have this installed until the situation changes, it is an expensive mistake to make as we have just found out! I will admit that Protec have been proactive in helping in this matter and the job was completed in a timely manner without too much disruption, everything was cleared up, it is just a shame the product has cost us so much money and heartache.

We were very pleased with the installation. The installers were professional and friendly. However the admin side is poor. We were promised original loft insulation be removed if we accepted a next week appointment to carry out works. We are not getting anywhere with telephone conversations with promises of passing things on. No reply to letter sent by Royal Mail. The original rep is not contactable. Clearly working on commission to secure a deal then not fulfilling it. Tina

Professional work carried out to my loft insulation. All 3 people involved in the spraying and removing the old insulation worked efficiently, cleanly and were very polite. I would recommend them as their work was outstanding and they cleaned up before leaving.

Came on time, put protective sheets down and completed installation same day. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Installers very good
