slight issue with delivery as I am not able to be home every day to receive the shipment and had to wait an extra couple of days so that I could be there, would have collected from the depot but it was 30+ miles away

Great product and speedy dispatch
Item was just as described and was dispatche within 24 hours. Only negative was that FedEx let down the side a bit-they let a person I didn't know in my building sign for it and didn't notify me. Consequently it was days later that I actually tracked it down!

great but delivery was not good
The item I recieved was fast deliveried and was easy to use. the website. only thing was the delivery guy had deliveried it to the wrong address and I would have not got it. if the guy who recieved it had not phoned me.

Very fast delivery and cheapest I could find online.
I received my item by next day delivery when I had only requested standard so I am very pleased with the service. The item was also the cheapest online I could find. Would recommend.

I ordered a tennis elbow strap, it arrived the next day, unfortunately it was to big, I phoned and explained told to sen it back and money was refunded and actually back in my account in 2 days. I then re ordered and came the next day. The service and speedy delivery I got was fantastic, would defiantly use again and recommend to anyone thx again.

Very efficient service
I needed the knee supports for next day delivery. I spoke Adam who arranged for the delivery by 12 o'clock service. The package had arrived by 9.00 o'clock ready for my son's snowboarding holiday, wonderful, no rushing around the shops.
