Good product but the free t shirt advertised is cheap and the standard size is x large. Disappointing.

I normally dont do reviews but decided I just had to do it this time. I put in an order on thursday morning around 8.30, at about 12.30 I received a call from the company apologising that one of my items was out of stock. However they asked if it was okay to replace it with an other similar one which actually cost €6 more but at no extra charge to me. Furthermore being so near to xmas I thought I would be lucky to get it before xmas. It actually arrived yesterday (friday) lunchtime, just 24 hrs later. The service from protein depot is over and beyond what I would expect from any company. As for the products they are all great quality and well priced. I ordered some whey protein (have not tried it yet) and I had a huge amount of choice, as well as the liquid Met X l carnitine which I have found to be the best on the market and reasonably priced. So thank you Protein Depot and I would re ommend you to anyone. Oh and I love the free samples which are always included in the parcels!

I purchased knee sleeves and received my order three days later. Unfortunately I had ordered a size too small. I emailed them explaining my situation and I received a reply within a few hours. I sent back the knee sleeves as directed and received an exchange within a week. Very accommodating and efficient customer service has resulted in a very satisfied customer!

Ordered SBD knee sleeves and wrist wraps. Even though I ordered late in the day they ensured that they shipped my product immediately so that I could receive it the next day (as I was leaving Ireland after that). You can call them for any help and Ieva, the sweet lady on the phone would help you out with everything.
