Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the delay with your delivery. Looking at parcel tracking, the goods were despatched same day and out for delivery with FedEx the following day as scheduled. We've requested feedback from FedEx as to why the parcel was returned to their hub that evening and subsequently delivered the following working day. Apologies for the delay, which we understand was frustrating and not common practice with our usually reliable delivery partner.
