Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the delay with your delivery. Looking at parcel tracking, the goods were despatched same day but there was a delay with it leaving their sorting depot. We've requested feedback from FedEx as to why the parcel delayed, and we understand the goods are out for delivery today. Apologies for the delay, which we understand was frustrating and not common practice with our usually reliable delivery partner.

Protrade are the real deal.
Protrade from my experience are great. I had a slight issue when I received my tool that I purchased as it had a damaged case probably done during transit then I noticed a small defect in the tool itself. Protrade were extremely polite and had the entire kit swapped with no issue. I was a bit worried upon receiving the second package as it wasn’t wrapped with any extra protection which I was told there would be, but luckily the second package was not damaged and everything was great. I definitely recommend them and I myself will definitely use them again.

Insects floating in their branded degreaser…
Ordered their own branded degreaser fluid in spray dispenser.
Fluid contained debris and dead insects contained within bottles.
First delivery badly packed. Came back to Protrade following a smoking Imax laser supplied a few years ago.
Whilst they replaced the contained fluid the facts still remain that they let it leave their warehouse and were happy to send out product also badly packed.
I will not be using them again as a result of this and a few of their products now not available.
