Terrible!
I sent this business an enquiry using their contact form through their website on Saturday the 22nd of February. Granted, they were closed as it was Saturday I waited patiently for them to contact me during the working week. I received an automated reply that my enquiry had been received and someone would be in touch. It’s now the 2nd of March and still nothing, clearly they can’t be bothered to get back to potential customers, I won’t be bothering with this business again.

On the plus side
On the plus side, the service mot T tire change aircon regas were completed on time. On the downside, although I had to prepay for the gold service which includes a massive tire inspection routine, this wasn't necessary because I was buying four new tires and having an mot. The previous proprietor of this garage would have voluntarily given me a discount or maybe put the car through the car wash that operates right next to the premises. I also asked explicitly if the spark plugs had been changed and nobody seemed able to answer. Maybe it's time that I accept that this is no longer a family-run business and consequently I'm not going to get the same level of service.

Took 3 visits to this shop for job…
Took 3 visits to this shop for job actually be completed. 1 time only 1 tyre was there out of 4. 2nd time started the job with the front tyres off the car and then said wrong size had been sent out and took 3rd visit to get what a had paid for, not a very good experience tbh.

Poor Service
Despite booking my car in for 11am - 1pm and arriving at 11am, I was informed my car would not be ready until 2pm at the earliest. 4 tyres and a bronze service. I returned just before 2pm and was given keys at 2.20pm.
Unfortunately, on inspection, I found one of the tyres was fitted the wrong way round.... more delay. This exact same error occurred the last time I bought tyres from this garage too.
Staff are so much less friendly than the previous staff were, almost to the point of rudeness.
I don't expect to use this garage again after a very long history of being a loyal customer.

Cheapest a round and was very helpful with telling me worse case what car would need will deffo use again and give them 5 star for everything from drop off till collect even best test centre I have ever been to and cheapest and even got to put it on my PayPal which was even better
