Good service overall.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, due to unexpected arrival of vehicles the tyre fitting and tracking took longer than expected. The work was completed professionally as expected from a well trained workforce. I always use Bathwick Tyres and will continue to return and recommend them.

Disappointing service
I bought the Silver level service (£200!) in November 2025. The front brake pads were 'visually' estimated to be 8mm. By January 2026 - the alert was going off in the car that the brake pads needing changing (at 2mm). This was a gross overestimation of the brake pad width. Tried ringing - but my calls are being screened.

Happy with my experience at Trowbridge branch.
The Manager & staff at the Trowbridge branch are helpful & friendly. I needed 4 tyres for my Citroen which they needed to order in but simply returned, as booked, the following day for fitting & balancing.
I waited in the warm client waiting room & was offered free tea or coffee.
I will return when I next need my tyres to be checked.
