Proudvet365 has gone out of its way to help me provide US Army Shirts for more than 30 Veterans/Retiree's for an annual Military Challenge here in Hot Springs Village. Last year after many challenges to getting specific details tailored to 30 different Veterans, sizes, ranks, units assigned were extremely accommodating, especially with last minute orders and changes.

Last year, the US ARMY Team was the envy of the tournament. We were acknowledged by many of how well the teams looked, all as a result of quality, well fitted and superior workmanship. Aside winning the Military Tournament, we looked great, largely because of the shirts.

After the Tournament, I was approached by the Air Force Team Captain, and I gladly gave him information on Proudvet365.

Customer Service was extremely helpful and flexible with my orders. The shirts arrived with plenty of time and every single Vet was extremely happy with their personalized shirt.....

I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the quality of the two hats and polo shirt I ordered. One of the hats was not quite what I thought I ordered (my fault) and customer service has been extremely responsive to getting me the product the way I wanted it. Kudos to your company and its excellent customer service!

Customer Service is outstanding for this site. I Served in the Air Force from 1967-1993 and retired as a SMsgt. I believe in 1992 the AF Top Three Chevrons changed to move the rockers for the top three ranks to the top. Well my shirt came with the old chevrons and I expected the newer type. I contacted customer Service and they responded quickley and are working to correct this issue. This issue is not their fault, it's just my preference. Thank you Customer Service.

The quality of the product is fantastic! I purchased this for my father and he probably wears it every day, and I need to also say customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I purchased a flag from this company and then I noticed that the product was being sourced from Mainland China. The address for their office is in Great Britain. They claim they are an American company that sell to vets and support vets. I am not sure about that. I tried to cancel my order before I received the product. I was told that they could not do that. When I received the product, I asked to return it based on where they were sourcing their product from and where their "corporate" office was. They said that they could not do it for those reasons. On their web site it states the following:

Note: You cannot get a refund if you don't like the products. Items shipped from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment if the item is damaged or incorrect only. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

I will not be using their product and I am out $45. Again I say, Buyer Beware!!!

The shipping and delivery were a little bit slow and the jacket was too big, but they totally replace the jacket with the correct size and I’m very happy and they kept me informed. I will use them again.

I have been wearing your products for the past 6months and receiving great REVIEWS AND QUESTIONS HOW 🤔 CAN THEY PURCHASE THEM.

I ordered two 250th Anniversary flags. They are nothing more than cheaply printed pillowcases. One is already unraveling at the seams in less than a month. I bought one for my neighbor and am so embarrassed. He hates it but is too nice to say so. I'm SO disappointed. The address is in London so I'm assuming it's all foreign junk.

I had an issue with the product that I received, not with the quality , but with the size. I thought that the mistake was the fault of Proudvet365. The company contacted me based upon me FB comment. Well it turns out the mistake was made by me. I apologized to the customer service and retracted my FB comment. Even though the error was mine this great company offered to replace my shirts at a reduced price. The product was great and the customer service is definitely 5 star.

Playing in the Hot Springs Village, Arkansas Veterans Golf Tournament. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. They are shipping me a new shirt with the right size. I highly recommend this company.

I was so impressed with my first order of a shirt, that I ordered another. The quality and fit were better than expected. I not very good ordering via computers, and I erred with my my second order. When I emailed my mistake to the company, they responded in a very mannerly time and resolved the issue. I will be recommending Proudvet365 to my fellow Veterans.
