A first rate villa for a family holiday
Very comfortable villa and especially delightful gardens, with lots of shade. Good open space at ground floor and a pleasantly homely feel. The location was excellent, very close to a quiet, sandy beach that seemed to be well looked after by the local authorities. Overall, a first rate villa for a family holiday and good admin/ service from the company backing it all up.

Everything as promised
Provacances were communicative and ensured our holiday experience was as good as could possibly be. They were friendly and offered a high level of personal contact which I found reassuring. I would definitely use Provacances again and would recommend them to others.

Lovely house, terrible "entertainment" from next door resort
We loved the house (83.644). The pool was nice. Lovely old trees in the garden. Kids enjoyed the "teenage area" down stairs. Quiet and green neighborhood, nice view towards the bay of Sainte Tropez. We would have loved to come back if it hadn´t been for the next door resort which "entertained" the whole area with very loud music, talent shows etc. every single night from 21.00 until 23.30. Absolutely horrible!

We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stay at the property, but sorry that you experienced some noise from the nearby Pierre & Vacances Village Club. The village club is situated about 500 m (as the crows fly) from the villa. We have this summer experienced that there occasionally can be events (typically in August) and have therefore changed in our description of the villa that it is situated in “a domaine” instead of “a quiet domaine”.
Great hassle free experience from booking to our stay to departure!
We loved our stay in Mas Notre Dame in the Hills outside Nice this July.
The accommodation was more than what we had expected.Beautiful location , being in easy access to many interesting places to see and experience.Will definitely stay again soon!

Very helpful and easy to deal with .....
Provacances were very helpful and extremely easy to deal with via their website. I had an initial issue with receipt of the email for my booking confirmation, but my problem was responded to immediately and resolved very quickly. Communication throughout the booking process has been very good. Information supplied about the property I rented was accurate and helpful. I'm not sure if the local agent I dealt with at the property was from Provacances or worked directly for the owner, but she was extremely helpful - thank you Kirsten.

Easy booking and quality service.
We found a great place to stay on our vacation in France!
However, what really made Provacances stand out for us is that, being American, it was easy for us to pay for the place directly on-line and pay for everything (including making a security deposit) with a credit card and not have to deal with making wire transfers or bring large amounts of cash as we've had to do in the past to book rental properties in Europe. This was very convenient and saved us some real time and trouble. Also, the customer service interaction (through e-mail) was very useful, had clear and succinct instructions and was very pro-active.

Rented a superb apartment in Antibes via Provacances. Literature matched perfectly. Keys delivered before we travelled so did not waste time upon arrival looking for keys. Any additional requests while there were immediately actioned. Great service. Will use them again

Great selection, good prices, impressive service!!!
It was easy to find accommodations suitable for our preferences in Tuscany, and no problem to order. We did not expect such a capable personal service/follow-up as well. We had a contact person that helped us with many requests, efficiently. Our experience was that this contact person really wanted to do what she could to give us the best vacation ever, and we truly appreciated that. Thank you Provances!!

Provacance is an excellent service!
We stayed in a villa near Vence France and it was a holiday to remember. Provacance made the entire reservation easy and the entire stay was relaxing and an educational experience to visit that area of France.

Excellent summer house, but unacceptable service of Provacances
A representative from the agency Provacances told me the first day that we were not entitled to use the base apartment in the house, Even if we hadde this confirmed in mail by his colleauge. No excuses received.

You made the reservation of the villa in Aug 2014, without the base apartment of the villa, for the summer 2015. It´s correct that a colleague by an error confirmed that the apartment was included in your rental (the apartment was only included for bookings after Sept 2014 and at a higher price), but our representative at the location knew that you rented the villa without the apartment and at the price without the apartment.
As a consequence of this mistake, we gave you the disposal of the apartment for free, even though Provacances had to pay the owner for the apartment.
We regret that we did not give you our apologies for the above mentioned service.
