The Proximo driver, Paul Edney was very pleasant and helpful. He messaged me when on route to let me know when he was due to arrive to collect the hire vehicle and was considerate of my limited mobility.

It was lovely meeting Dawn today, She did a very comprehensive handover of my hire car. Dawn was extremely thorough and insured that I was happy with everything and all questions were answered or demonstrated before she left. Problems become minimised with Proximo
Dawn Joyner and John Smith kept in touch to let me know about estimated time of arrival. Collection was on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend, which was a warm one. They were very professional and the hand back was dealt with smoothly and easily. Would recommend Proximo and staff, on phone and in person. A good Company to deal with. Thank you for all your help 😁

Had my courtesy WAV delivered today.
Dawn (Joyner) had excellent communication regarding the time of delivery and keeping me up to date on progress.
The handover was very straightforward and I had everything explained for me.
I have used hire companies in the past, but rate Proximo much higher than others.

Wonderful company for people like like…
Wonderful company for people like like me have a motorbility car. They provided a curtesy car after an accident . Dave was really helpful and made the whole process easy. The car was delivered to my house and Colin was both friendly and very helpful with patience. Having a panic after an incidence- not to do with the car - Stuart from my area’s representative was great and calming - very helpful when you’re in a panic. I can’t think of anything negative about the company, staff nor help. Beyond 5 * treatment
