Used them through Motability because of crash damage to existing car and I have to see it was very quick and efficient. Masoud was a very happy and chatty man. Definitely would recommend the company going forward.

I have had a fantastic experience with Proximo Group; Account Manager William Keable handled couple of minor situations brilliantly and ensured delivery of my vehicle; and a special mention to Daniel Molinas who arrived within promised delivery window, very polite respectful, thorough with attention to detail, and a complete professional. For pick up of replacement vehicle I must give Robert a special mention for displaying professional, courteous and respectful approach. Only possible improvement I think can be made, standard delivery window does not suit everyone, little more flexibility should be considered where possible.

Fast to arrange and next day delivery
Fast to arrange my vehicle with next day delivery. The driver Joesph was lovely and very helpful, he explained all the different controls and showed me around the car in detail to make sure I was happy with the hire. A great service and highly recommend. This is the second time I've used them and they make it very easy and stress free to use.
