Proxy bandwidths are great but often dip in the evenings. Support takes very long to respond

I'm a new customer and I love it so far

Good proxies, uptime and support has been really friendly too! I really like the ProxyFish Mozilla Add-On as I can just switch between my socks5 proxies whenever I want.

Worst Proxy's ever. Dont work correctly, you can cancel them but dont get a refund!

i usually do not leave reviews but i had ordered proxies in the wrong region and they helped me fix that even though it was my fault for not paying attention.

I also asked them how to cancel my subscription as i only wanted proxies for a month for a web app im writing. Proxies worked for me, i ended up getting East Coast USA as that is where my test server is at.

5/5 for service and 5/5 for customer support help. i will be ordering a new set next month as i need some from europe which they also seem to offer as well.

I always need IP diversity so I've used a lot of other providers in the past. I ran across Proxyfish but I was a bit skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. However, I can say that I haven't had any problem so far.
Support is pretty fast, their proxies work fine and the website is user-friendly. I also like the fact that they are constantly working on new features (their browser extension for HTTP proxies looks pretty cool) and that they take Bitcoin payments.
All in all, I'm happy with their service.

I bought 5 socks5 proxies for gaming and I am happy with the service so far. My proxies were immediately delivered and support was fast every time I needed assistance.

I had a 30% off coupon and I bought without doing too much research about this proxy provider. I read the reviews after buying and I thought I had made a big mistake but my experience so far is actually good. I did not pay attention and I bought 5 sock5 proxies. I needed https for my purpose but support was really nice and helped me switch the proxy protocol. Plus the order was delivered pretty quick and I was also told about the proxyfish browser extension which is very easy to use and made my work much easier.

Shady automatic payment system for monthly subscription. PF makes you agree to pre-approved payments using paypal and banking on that you'll forget to cancel subscription on both the website and paypal. Forgetting to do so leads to non-refundable credit while continuing to pull money out of your bank account until you stop. Customer service will not help in that instance.

Paid with BTC. Took 3 days to get "24/7" support to help me and didn't credit me 3 extra days since I had paid for full 30 days I got 27 days. Very poor customer support, good luck even getting a reply within 36 hours. THEY ARE NOT 24/7 SUPPORT LIKE ADVERTISED

Very shifty service, its just not working, support is silent

I buy 3 socks. $10.
None work. completely dead.
I waste 2 hours thinking I'm not doing it right. try with different socks clients.
Then I see all these other reviews. Utter sh** service.

Charges you for services you canceled a month in advance, and then refuses refund.

Terrible Customer Support, STAY FAR AWAY.

This is not a professional business, this is a company formed by a teenager who read some tutorials on how to build a website.

Just horrible customer service, avoid them at all costs

A bunch of greedy deceptive *****, you will be lucky if your proxy lasts more than a few days, and then when you tell them that it has failed they will give you some ******** response like "are you sure that you entered all the information properly?" yes I'm ******* sure I entered it properly you ***** it stopped working the day after the details were registered. Then after a few more days with an inactive proxy they will finally replace it only for it to stop working again later that week. this place is a joke, also they will try to keep charging you after you cancel your subscription. Please avoid these *****, dont let these scumbags take another dime.

Bought 1 private proxy... Aaand it wasnt working. Opened a ticked, they said "Show us the configuration/setup - its likely you're using it wrong!". I work with proxies everyday and i know that ive set it up properly. Stay Away.

Bad service, proxies cannot connect half the time.
Tried to get help from support and this was their response:

"We get customers all the time who say the "proxies don't work" when its 99.9% of the time THEIR ISSUE, NOT OURS. I suspect it is also YOUR issue as well as the proxies work and test 100% fine here (Proxifier doesn't lie). If they are blocked on a specific site, that is not a valid reason for requesting them to be switched either."

Cancelled immediately. A lot of better options out there. Stay away from these guys.

I used ProxyFish for one of my Runescape botting farms, it took them two days to activate my proxies and at this point some of them wan't even working, it then took a further 24 hours to get new ones sent over.

If that wasn't bad enough the proxies was so slow my bots kept shutting off due to connection errors, I had enough so I cancelled the service in their billing panel. Next month I couldn't believe my eyes when they billed me again, I sent them an email only to receive a cocky reply and no refund was given even though it was cancelled.

Stay away from this company, it's run by kids!
