I started using this a few years ago, just to try it out. After using it for a long time and experiencing the after-sales service, I found it to be a very good platform.

My experience
In summary, my experience with ProxyRack is that it is a powerful, industrial-grade tool. It's not the most user-friendly or budget-friendly option on the market, but its sheer scale and variety are almost unmatched. It's the proxy provider you turn to when you need an extensive toolbox, not just a single hammer.

I subscribed to Proxyrack’s Premium…
I subscribed to Proxyrack’s Premium Residential proxies to target Germany specifically. While I initially faced some issues — such as DNS resolution through non-targeted countries — the support team responded quickly and professionally.
They reviewed the system, corrected the routing inconsistencies, and the proxy quality has significantly improved. Connections are now stable, and location signals are consistent with the targeted region.
I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and the gesture of increasing my bandwidth. I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars to reflect their commitment to improvement and client satisfaction.
Wishing the team continued success and growth.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important accurate geo-targeting and DNS behavior are for your use case.
Please note that what you described isn’t a routing fault in our network — DNS results can vary depending on your local or browser configuration, even when traffic is fully routed through the selected country.
We’d be happy to review your setup in more detail and help ensure everything is configured correctly. Please reach out to us directly at support@proxyrack.com so our team can assist further.
Reliable proxies and amazing support!
I’ve been using ProxyRack for several months now, and it’s easily one of the most reliable proxy providers I’ve tried. The connection speed is stable, the IP pool is huge, and the uptime has been excellent even under heavy load. What really stands out is their customer support — fast, friendly, and always helpful whenever I have questions about setup or scaling.
Whether you’re doing data collection, testing, or general automation, ProxyRack just works. It’s refreshing to find a service that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended!

Reliable Residential Proxies with Great Support
I’ve been using ProxyRack for my online business, and the quality of their residential proxies has been excellent. The connection is stable 24/7, which is important for my work, and the sticky sessions make managing accounts much easier. The dashboard is simple to use, and the ability to choose locations is very helpful.
Customer support is fast and friendly — they helped me understand the best plan for my needs and offered useful tips for setup. I recommend ProxyRack to anyone who needs reliable residential IPs for professional use.

Very very bad proxies and very bad support
Very very bad proxies. Same for the support. It’s like you are talking to a person who just know to answer one question at a time. If you send 2 questions then it’s not able that you gonna get 2 answers. You need to repeat yourself over and over again.
