Price increases
Very disappointed with Prozis. You guys have increased your prices so much that you have become more expensive than the top tier brands that have been here for decades. Ridiculous that your whey has become more expensive than Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard now. Was always satisfied with the price/quality ratio of Prozis, but 50 euros for not even 1 kg of regular protein is ridiculous when it used to be 30 euros a few months back. Will be buying my protein elsewhere now, you will lose lots of customers this way

Product received in a different size without notice
haven’t tried the product yet. However, I ordered two 20 oz containers of collagen, and I received four 10 oz containers instead. Nobody informed me that the product was out of stock or explained the reason for changing the product size. This affects my storage method and the space I have available for storing the product

Exceeded my expectation
Exceeded my expectation! I tried both mini puffies and the dark chocolate ones. Both tasted great without any aftertaste. I was mainly looking for high protein crunchy toppings on my greek yogurt bowl, and they were exactly what I was looking for.
