Very slow to refund your money, however, very nice customer service.
On 10/29/2015, I ordered a product nothing expensive, and few minutes later I noticed it is not the right size. I called customer service and explained and he confirmed it will be the wrong size and that was the only size. He was a very polite young man and said the merchandise was not yet pulled out and he will process my refund and it should post back to my account latest by the next day.
As of 11-4-15 there was no refund posted and called customer service again and she was puzzled as to why the refund had not posted and she said she will research further and call me back. Well! i had a message that the refund will be processed and it should be another 2-3 business day.
I am very disappointed that it is taking 10 days to process my refund.
Honestly, for being first time customer and having this experience I don't think i will order again. I am sorry to write such review but it is the truth.

Great customer service!
I had moved before my order shipped and the USPS had sent my order back. Just a day after I realized that mistake I had contacted the customer service at PruneDanish and asked that they resend the case for my phone when it came back. Not only did they send a new case the NEXT DAY but I paid well below what I would have retail. Thank you so much for the phone case and the excellent customer service.

Awesome company
Ordered my son a new otter box for his iPhone 5s. I placed the order on Friday and he had the phone the following Thursday and loves it. I had thought about doing 2 day shipping and decided not to so I was expecting it to take 7 to 10 days instead it was shipped on Monday and in his hands by Thursday afternoon.

The customer service is excellent!
My daughter order a phone case through Amazon. It was the wrong case and we had info saying to contact PruneDanish if we needed anything. My daughter went to reorder the correct case but it was no longer available. I called PruneDanish to see how to return the wrong case and get a refund. The gentleman on the phone couldn't have been nicer. He emailed me the pre-paid label to mail back the wrong case and FOUND the correct case, even though we thought it was no longer available, and sent it right away.
Since this was such a pleasant experience, I found a phone case for my phone and did not hesitate to order it from PruneDanish. Thanks!

Bad experience
I ordered and paid for a pedestal mirror. Being an overseas customer, the credit card company charged me a high commission amount. I was expecting a parcel in the mail, but all I got was an email from PruneDanish saying that the article was out of stock and they would quickly reimburse my payment. That was on 9 June, and so far there has been no reimbursement into my credit card account. I am not satisfied with this company and would like my money back.I bought the mirror in good faith. They shouldn't advertised goods if they haven't got them in stock.
