The battery casin in my vintage Psion disintegrated.Of course I sent it to PsionEx. It was repaired and returned very quickly and Nick gave fab after care service when I needed help reinstalling my SSDs. Very helpful and very efficient.

One of our 10 year old devices broke down. PsionEx supplied us with a replacement and even installed our software on it. We received the package very quickly, and it worked straight out of the box. Great service, great help and fast delivery!

I know PsionEx from more than 10 years, because I use Psion pda from the years '90. I love these products, because they have a friendly interface and a good possibility to do easier databases, sheet (similar at Excel) and other things for my personal data... But with the use, these small machines break (the display, or the chassis, etc.). PsionEx repair with exellence all Psion products, and sell refurbished Psion of all models. In all these years I've bought and repaired a several Psion (in the models 3mx, Siena, 5mx and Revo) ever with full satisfaction! All the people in PsionEx are kind and very competent. Their service is fantastic! 100% raccomended!

Going the extra mile so many others promise but seldom deliver. Psionex really do give their customers the same level of care they give those amazing little handheld computers. Who would have thought that 20 years after Psion pulled out of the market you would find a company who have made it their mission to keep their products alive and well. I got a refurbished 5mx from them in 2018 for a great price, and it's given me solid and reliable service since day one. Sadly my dear little Siena developed a terminal fault but Psionex did their utmost to get me up and running with a replacement as soon as possible, even giving me an upgrade so that I wasn't left without a machine. I don't know what it is about a little Siena but it's still my favourite, and thankfully I'm still able to use one thanks to Psionex. I can't recommend them enough. Great products at a great price and a level of customer service you don't encounter very often. Be assured, they'll keep your Psion going for as long as they can because they appreciate how much you need it.
