My prescriber, Jan, was very helpful and kind from beginning to end. Responses on the patient portal are fast, often within 1-2 days. They ensure you are informed about the titration process, and that you are happy with your medication. Any worries are immediately addressed. Great experience!

Staggeringly quick and good
The whole process was staggeringly quicker than what I was told it would be. The professional is saw was exactly that. Also very kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and patient. So overall the service and response times were top tier.

Overall was seen quicker than expected…
Overall was seen quicker than expected but after initial diagnosis I had to be re referred in by my GP to enquire about medication , this was dealt with relatively quickly though.

The psychiatrist listed well
The psychiatrist listed well, his questions were considered. The appointment was quick and easy to arrange. He did however seem to assume I had an understanding of ADHD and which of my symptoms were ADHD related which I didn't.
