Not Recommended for Daily Checking
Primarily, customer service is very poor. Turnover is fairly high. Don't expect personal service.
PSCU and accounts do not offer very many features; they have a very poor fraud dispute management (you will never get a fraud dispute determined in your favor), and there is no ability to connect to Plaid or any other pay apps (Venmo or zelle, etc).
They don't even trust the security of their own online or mobile banking system to let you see your account number! That says something.
They charged me an overdraft fee when there was double the amount of funds in my checking account to handle one small transaction and unable to explain why; multiple calls and arguments and refused to provide an explanation.
I would say, based on my experience over the past year, an account with PSCU is good for savings or possible a retirement only account only. I would not recommend this bank for daily use.
