I purchased the boxer, and as far as the bike have had no issues. It's been a great bike. I bought it for hunting mostly. However, The rear rack I believe came with the gift package has not held up, so a little disappointed on that. Overall, the customer service has been phenomenal. I would purchase again.

You always were honest and got back to me when you could, technical service was great, so far so good. Although I wish the bike had a little more torque.
Litte thing Im working on like the little arms attached to the underside of the rear fender slide back and forth made a lot of noise while riding, so I just used a little glue to hold it in place. Can't seem to get the head light to face straight, something must be bent, still working on that. I like the bike although it is a little big for me, I should have looked into it a little closer.
It showed a helmet as well as the bike, and i made a quick choice to buy one, didn't think of the size.

I ordered a Puckipuppy Golden Retriever Bike from Amazon. After receiving it, I noticed it was almost completely assembled all I had to do was install the Handlebars and the front Wheel, also some of the accessories. After putting it together it was late at night, so the next morning I took it for a Mountain Bike Ride on a trail in Kansas City MO. It performed flawlessly awesome and was supper surprised at the way it handled the trail. It was very responsive and a smooth ride. I am very impressed with this bike. I have been a Mountain Bike rider for 7 years now and this handled as well as my high dollar Trek Mountain Bike. I have not been able to ride for almost 2 years due to Cancer. This bike has given me the opportunity to work to get myself back in shape with Pedal assist. You can set the assist to whatever level assistance you need so it is awsome in getting me back out on the Trails

I purchased this bike in January of 2025. I was worried about the assembly, but it proved to be very simple. I love the bike, I rode it throughout the winter in the snow. It's a blast to ride. It goes 0-25 in a matter of seconds. Customer Service is responsive. I would buy it again.

We ordered a bike for our son as his mode of transportation to school, football practice and work. We have had the bike less than a year and have had so many issues. We have had to replace the controls and the motor and now the new motor stopped working again. Customer service gets back to you only every 24 hours, even if you reply immediately, and they are always asking for more videos and photos so it may take over a week for them to assess the problem.

We bought this to help ease transportation and it’s created so many headaches a having to rearrange schedules because of the bike not working half the time.

And while I understand that breaks go bad we had to replace them less than 2 months after getting the bike, which should not be the case.

I am thorough disappointed in this bike. We have friends who spent half the money on a bike and have not had the issues we have had. And here we are again waiting on the technical team to access while we again have no use of the bike

Ordered a Rottweiler trike through Amazon. Shipping was fast although the two packages came on different days. Build quality is good. Extras are great and got a front basket, water bottle and phone holders, even a helmet.

After procrastinating since I first discovered the Puckipuppy Husky Plus back in July of 2024. I told myself I would buy this etrike when I retire. I was 59 at the time. In March of this year I couldn't wait any longer. I had to have it! Very exciting the day it arrived! I purchase the Red Color. Everyone at work loved it. I never rode a trike before. I wasn't sure what I had gotten myself into? I did have a problem with the seat post, but Puckipuppy sent me a new one very quickly. Of my 3 ebikes this is my favorite. I love to ride it in my hometown of Clearlake, Ca. I get a lot of questions from people, and a lot of thumbs up. I found in my area the roads can be bumpy or have pot holes you need to slow down. With all the extended battery power I cruise this bike, only pedaling when nessasary. I have never had a problem with running out of battery power. I have had the motor drive chain come off when I have come across an area that has a very ruff surface or pot holes. I found that you can adjust the tension on the chain yourself. There are 2 adjustment bolts under the rear basket. The smoother the pavement the better the ride. Always do a pre ride check on this bike or any bike, and you should be problem free. Always, always stop at Stop signs. The great thing about this trike is you can stop and keep your feet on the pedals. I'm on the heavy side, and this trike will handle a load of 500 lbs. It came with a complementary front basket, cargo strap, helmet, water bottle holder, rearview mirrors, and a phone holder. If anything always have a left side rearview mirror so you can see what's approaching you from behind. I use cargo nets on both the rear, and front baskets. I was surprised to discover that this trike has cruise control! That is a real cool function to use, just set it and cruise... One last thing, all ebikes I have I add "Slime" at the proper rate per tire. If you live in an area with a lot of "Goat Heads" you'll thank yourself when you find one stuck in the wheel, and your still inflated. Over all the trike frame is foldable, but a very strongly constructed, and if you have never rode a trike before, give yourself the time to adjust to it. You won't regret it. 5 stars all the way for this trike!
