I have made 2 recent purchases with this company. The information on the website is useful and accurate. The products arrive in a timely fashion and are well packaged, largely in products that can then be recycled or composted. Some plastic is used where necessary. I made a late change to one order and the team contacted me and enabled the change to happen. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

My plants for my little pond arrived today - Brooklime, Iris, Marsh Marigold, two oxygenators, a set of baskets and soil for them. The parcel was beautifully packed, and the courier had kept it upright throughout the journey as the plants were as perfectly clean and fresh as if they'd come straight off the bench. The quality and size were superb, and both quality and price put our local pond centre to shame. Thank you!

I only had a small budget to get a couple of plants for my little urban wildlife pond but wanted to make sure the plants would be healthy and good value.
I was not disappointed, the Hornwort, Brooklime and Water Marigold were delivered in perfect condition, very healthy established plants and have settled well into my pond over the past week, I can see new roots shooting and marigolds flowering, thank you very much.

Beautiful looking irises arrived this morning, as advised. Obviously packaged with great care. I look forward to planting them this afternoon and to enjoying their flowers later on in the year.

I cannot overstate the quality of the packing if the plants,gravel and soil I ordered.Everything was beautifully safe and secure including the lovely pygmy water lily I ordered.This company deserves your custom.

Great service and lots of advice from beginning to end. We had a grant with a very short time frame and a large site. David advised us what plants were best in which area & how many we needed. They all arrived on time, well packaged, clearly labelled and of exceptional quality. All have thrived despite the challenges of this year’s drought and late frosts.

I ordered some plants from Puddleplants after having a bad experience with another company in which the plants had arrived dead/sick, so I was really hesitant in ordering plants online. So what was great about them? The plants were extremely well packed, in a box strong with dividers for extra reinforcement. The packaging was environmentally friendly (apart from the necessary plastic bags). The packaging was labelled clearly to avoid being transported upside down and to show that the goods needed to arrive that day. A courier was used that transported them the next day and on time. Lastly, communication was easy, positive, and excellent; Puddleplants is a well organised and friendly company selling good quality plants. Would use them again.

All plants arrived on time as promised, carefully packaged and all healthy. Brilliant informative website which helped me chose the best plants for the site.
One omission was rectified immediately and arrived the next day. Very satisfied customer.

I have never used them before as I have only just discovered the them.
I really couldn't be happier.
The plant's all arrived very well packaged, extremely healthy, and looking nice and fresh, like they had just been watered and delivered from a nursery 5 minutes away instead of many miles away. Really good value for money.
Also I finally managed to get a water forget-me-not plant which I have bought from two other nurseries previously only to find that the wrong plant was sent.

I've just created my first container ponds and Sonia has been such a massive help, helping me work out which plants would be suitable and advising me on basket sizes and getting the planting depths right. I'm a complete novice and am very grateful for such helpful advice. All the plants were healthy and in good condition when they arrived - definitely recommend! Ordered plants in July '22 and they were promptly delivered in a well protected box. All excellent specimens for a very fair price. Can thoroughly recommend and also full marks for a very useful and informative web-site which provides plenty of good planting advice.

Can't recommend them highly enough. They are happy to offer friendly advice, and whenever I have ordered I have received lovely healthy young plants in great condition. Completely satisfied.

The pond & marginal plants we ordered from PuddlePlants arrived in good time, was in excellent condition and the plants have grown really well. Will use this company again.
