High excess, long waiting times, high cost - AVOID
Impossible to make a claim for pet insurance. Keep you on the phone for over an hour. Made one claim - the excess was £110 - the amount the paid out was £156. As a result they increased our premium by £12 a month - our first claim! Basically covering what they paid out over a year. I do not recommend them - avoid!
My pet is 1 years old, we have never made a claim before so increasing it to match what they have paid out is so unfair and not in their T&Cs.

We understand how frustrating long wait times can be and apologise for this.
The policy excess is clearly displayed during the quotation and purchase process and forms part of the t's and c's, allowing customers to understand the contribution they will be required to make towards any claim before taking out cover.
Premiums are reviewed at renewal and are affected by a number of factors, including claims history, pet age and wider market conditions.

Straightforward so far
Very straightforward to arrange the insurance. Not been on our trip so no experience of how the claim process works but so far all good. An app may make the process even easier - hence 4 rather than 5 stars.
