Puffitupcom Moreno Valley Ca . I ordered a Plenty vaporizer this year 2025 it did not work, contacted them many times for a return receipt never got an answer returned vaporizer right away certified mail to the Moreno Vally office in Ca never got a reply.
Update 1/3/2026. Finally was reimbursed minus 15% restock after 3 months this company is very backlogged when it comes to returns so shop knowing this.

My item was declined and returned to sender. It shows a sender having signed for the item, but PuffItUp hasn't processed a refund over 2 weeks later. I have to contact my bank for a refund, it looks like.

Received faulty product, which melted the end of the mouthpiece due to overheating. Sent pictures and proof, customer service reps refused support and told me I could return it at my own expense and I would be refunded a small fraction of the original amount. They seem unreasonable, happy to sell faulty products, and they're disrespectful in every way. Been stuck with a hundred and fifty dollar dud for over a year now. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Sent several emails and received NO replies. Had to do an "age verification" through some company called "bluecheck.me" but the link they sent to do the age verification did not work. Puffitup NEVER replied to my inquiries!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

No answer the email.

Attempted to purchase some items 3 hours after receiving a promotional email. The website would not accept the promotional code provided in the email for the items in the same email. When emailing for help, I was informed the promotion had already ended?! Why send an email for promotion that's already over?? Very sketchy and I will not be doing business with this company.

After sending five unanswered emails using various addresses, including help@ and no reply, I have a new paperweight. No support phone no. and a website that takes orders and has no way of contacting them. Their website has a contact page, but no send button.

Not sure why I got a bad experience but customer service is non existent, shipping and price was good but product doesn't work well and no one responds to emails to help. Guess I'm stuck...edit..they finally got back to me to take care of the return so I'll update even further if/when I get refunded.

The purchase process was great. However I thought I was buying the same product as before, however there was a slight variation between the two. The first version purchased was better than the second.

You met my needs in so many ways. I always go to you for anything that comes to mind. You have a lot of supplies I was not able to find at other places but you had everything and that was such a plus. I always wish to be able to buy from ONE place and you did that for me.

Although I was disappointed in the product I bought (not the fault of PuffItUp), PuffItUp customer service was excellent in answering all my questions. Also, the product arrived in excellent condition, and shipping was super fast. If you are looking for dry herb vapes or any other type of similar devices, PuffItUp is the place to go! They also have great prices and discounts.
