Items not received, horrible customer service
6 items not shipped but amount debited from my checking account. No customer service at all... Phone does not work, email does not work, and online chat does not work. Not sure anybody even works at this place!!!!!

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews! I've ordered from them several times now, gorgeous crystal earrings and wrap bracelets for myself and to give as gifts. There's always great coupon codes online so it's super affordable, and I have the products in a few days. I will say I've never had to contact the company or bought the charm bracelets that people seem to have problems with though. I really like pugster and get a lot of compliments on their items! I will continue to purchase from them!
Wow- I should have researched first- horrible.
The only reason I purchased from pugster was because I googled charm bracelet and they were the number one site. Generally I am not so trusting of websites but I knew NOTHING about charm bracelets. My mistake. This company rips you off, they respond horribly or not at all and the overall quality of the merchandise is poor. Skip them and go ahead and purchase from a place you know and trust.
I paid to have an "Italian style" charm bracelet assembled as I was unsure I would be able to figure it out. Turns out this is a $5.99 rip off fee instead of an assembly fee- they just shipped everything in pieces! This turned into a problem christmas day as 4 adults tried to figure out based on the website (horrible instructions) and just plain mechanical capability how to assemble the charms. Using tweezers and toothpicks we finally got it done. Also- NO CLASP on this style- you have to figure out that you just loop back and connect to itself and it stretches to go over the wrist. Some REAL instructions and explanation on the site where you purchase would have been nice but again- my fault.

Horrible Customer Service
This is the email I sent Pugster........and its Christmas today and as expected NO ORDER HAS ARRIVED. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.....but they did manage to with draw the funds from my account the day I placed the order. Unbelievable !!! I emailed last night asking how long for "restocking" on these items. I NEED to hear back before I choose other items. I have tried to CALL on several occasions and your recording says call unable to go through at this time, please try again later.
So I am emailing AGAIN. I am not very happy with your company at all , if it wasn't for my emails to you I would still be just waiting for order to arrive. You need to keep your customers better advised of the situation of their order. All of the pieces I ordered said available on your website. When I placed my order on Dec 8th, it said 6-9 days shipping, so that is what I expected. Not one word or email did I get from you on the status of my order. NOW I get one, finally after I emailed you several times and received generic emails about your 1000's of orders etc and it says I need to pick different items. Well that info would have been useful DAYS ago, like when I placed the order, not 5 days before Christmas. I am sure I am not the only one having these problems with you , as I have now read all the bad reviews about your service and not being able to get through on the phone, I mean really??? That is no way to run a business, especially when the funds from my account were taken out within minutes to pay for the product I have yet to receive or much less have SHIPPED to me.
I NEED an answer NOW as to when the out of stock items will be in stock and when my order can be shipped. I don't want to spend hours picking out different items only to then have you tell me they as well are out of stock. So please make effort to get back to me ASAP as we are 5 days before Christmas and I need my order. Once again, it woul dbe nice if someone could answer your phone as well !!
Horrible Company
I ordered from this site 3 months ago. They sent me the wrong items, so I emailed them and they said to send them back and they will send the new ones. I also placed another order before recieving this order. BIG MISTAKE!!! When I finally got someone on the phone, she did not speak English very well and did not understand what I said. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was the only one there. She claimed they never received my return, even though USPS had them sign on delivery. I also have not received my second order which was placed a month ago. She said it has not shipped yet. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts! The woman also told me that I could not cancel my order!!!
Pugster is not what it seems
This company is a joke. I placed an order only to find out once it got here the color as well as quality was poor. Once I tried to return the items I found out you need a Return Code to do this. I've called & emailed the compnay quite a few times with no success. When you call, you can never speak to a real person & when you leave a message theres no call back. Needless to say I'm well beyond the 30 day return limit & still waiting on any type of correspondence from this shady company. Please do not believe the BBB representation thats shown on their page. There are quite a few complaints on their site also about this company & its poor customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
Don't waste your time and money
First order- shipped Express, which I did not request. First order came with a 25% off coupon. I placed my send order. At check out not all items were discoiunted. Per their customer service e-mail (Had to use e-mail because after leaving 4 messages and no return calls) I was told sale items did not apply. No mention of that on the coupon. Second order was the LAST order.

My husband made a purchase in 11/2010 and tried to return one charm, but couldn't because the voicemail box was full. Also, they did not respond to his emails. This was the only time my husband made an online purchases...EVER and in 12/2010 we got a call from our credit card company that someone was attempting to make online purchases and open accounts (with Amazon) using our credit card. Since my husband has only used this credit card ONCE online, the only explanation is that someone from PUGSTER took his credit card and use it to illegally to open accounts and make purchases (such as an escort company and sexual magazine subscriptions). BE AWARE! DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASES ON PUGSTER!!!!
terrible quality, terrible customer service
the belly button rings broken within a week, they look cute online but the metal is a very poor quality. if something breaks or arrives broken; good luck getting a replacement. the employees are as inept and stupid as the come.

I ordered six charms through eBay. When I got the invoice, I found out that the links to the pay screens did not work. I followed the instrcutions on the email and sent them the payment manually through paypal. Over the next two days I was continually billed. I repeatedly explained that I paid and they finally emailed me that they found the payment and would send me the items. (BTW, they are lowest quality of all of charms I've purchased.) That was in late July. This month they filed complaints against my ebay account for nonpayment. I have their feedback, their emails and the receipt from Paypal. They have refused to deal with me about fixing this so I guess they would rather deal with the BBB and the California AG's consumer affairs office.
Horrendous spam, totally unprofessional
I bought a small charm from Pugster over 2 years ago. The quality was very poor, which I half - expected might happen with something so inexpensive. I could live with it, though, since it was a gift for a 7-year-old, and she didn't care about quality. I think she lost it about 2 days after I gave it to her.
What is absolutely astounding is what a terrible job their webmaster is doing. Apparently s/he has no idea how to properly configure the email subscription portion of the site, since there is no way to unsubscribe from the constant spam emails peddling their garbage. What would ever make them think someone would want to do business with them again when they do that? It's just pathetic.
I've tried every filter I know of, and they just send their spam from another address. I've tried the "unsubscribe" link in the spam emails, and obviously that configuration was an epic fail for someone, since the thing gives you a message that "they'll send emails every week, thanks for subscribing!"
It is a unique combination of stupidity and diabolical design on their part, I must say. Every bit of that is intentional; no one could possibly be that inept and still have a web site running.
I hate spam. I hate it so much that I almost never sign up for an account with anyone, and least of all with this bunch. Of course that didn't matter... they harvested my info anyway, and here I am 2 years later.
I finally contacted the BBB in their area of California after the 5th spam attack in as many days. Who knows if it will do any good, but I suspect if enough people try every avenue available to complain, these fools might just get a clue.
Summary: If you want junk jewelry, an in-box full of junk email, and more aggravation than the whole lot of them would be worth if you bundled them all up together, then Pugster is for you.
If you want a smooth and professional experience, personal privacy and a quality item, then I would recommend avoiding this company like the plague. They're worse than a rash... sooner or later, even a rash goes away.
Poor Quality Control
I received a charm that was soldered on crookedly. It wasn't worth the hassle of shipping it back, especially with some of the problems listed here about getting an authorization number, but I did write a review on the Pugster Web site complaining about the quality control on this piece and rating it a 3. I just noticed that the review has been removed. I wonder how many other bad reviews have been removed by Pugster. I now wouldn't trust any of their ratings. It really is a shame because the charms are a cute idea, and I'm quite satisfied with the other charms that I've gotten from them. I'm the wife of a jeweler, and I'm long past the point at which I'm impressed by gold and precious stones. These charms are attractive and personally meaningful. Too bad the quality control isn't better; each piece should be checked before shipping. It just isn't that hard.
Lifetime of Spam Mail
Beware that buying from Pugster.com means a lifetime of spam. Pugster.com will simply not let you remove your name from its mailings. If you try blocking Pugster.com, you will receive mail from another Pugster.com address. I.e., Jordan@pugsterdeal.com, Evan@pugsterdeal.com, Mary@pugsterdeal.com. The spam will not stop so just stay away from Pugster.com. (It's not like you're getting quality pieces, anyway).
NO Customer Service!!!
I too ordered beads from Pugster that were meant for a Pandora bracelet. They did not fit, so I began trying to get the return number to send them back. I have called daily since December 21, emailed their address provided, left messages, tried the live help, tried using all the buttons on the phone to reach someone, but have never reached ANYONE and have heard nothing back. This is ridiculous. How did this company manage to get excellent ratings???

terrible experience with this company. oreder jewlery 2 weeks b efore christmas with expited delivery. tried to reach them prior to xmas aboiut the delivery and was told it would be there. when delivery didn't come they still didn't respond to my requests. Luckily i bout through amazon and they gave me a refund. Please stay clear of this comapany....

I ordered 5 charms from here, and they were delivered as expected. Two of the charms that I ordered we the incorrect ones. I have been trying for THREE days to get in touch with a human being. I have gotten the same recording, i have left voice mails and i have emailed the info@pugster.com, i have even tried the live chat with a customer service representative. Absolutely no response. All i need to do is return these two charms, and in order to return anything you have to have an authorization number.... There is no possible way to receive that number without talking to anyone. I am VERY disappointed with the customer service this company has shown, and seriously doubt i will buy anything else from them!!!!
